Dear Patriots,
We share with you some good news on a Wisconsin election case.
On Wednesday, Wisconsin Federal Judge, Pamela Pepper denied sanctions motion of Governor Tony Evers, and ruled that she did not have jurisdiction and alternatively, even if she did, no sanctions were warranted under section 1927.
This means she found the suit Sidney Powell and team filed in Wisconsin was not vexatious, frivolous, nor to delay.

1- We occasionally “feel” this trend, but it is good to see some polling that confirms it.
Voters Moving to the Right Across Almost Every Demographic, Says Massive Survey
QUOTE: Morning Consult has reported five years’ worth of data from over 8.6 million participants that shows a trend of America’s registered voters moving steadily to the ideological right.
“The left is losing the battle for the minds of the American electorate, Morning Consult research shows, with voters decreasingly identifying as liberal in recent years,” writes Morning Consult political reporter Eli Yokley. “But that doesn’t mean the country is lurching to the right.”
Yokley then makes an effort to pretend the trend isn’t what it looks like: “Instead, an increase in the share of Americans who identify as moderate, or who are uncertain about where exactly they stand on the ideological spectrum, reveals a growing and electorally decisive center that is discontented with either side’s extremes.”
Except that the percentage of voters who identify as conservative actually increased slightly, while only those who call themselves liberal decreased. Call me crazy but that just sounds like Democrats are turning away from far-left ideology to become more moderate:
The share of the electorate who identifies as “very liberal,” “liberal” or “somewhat liberal” on a seven-point scale has dropped over the past five years, from 34% to 27%, according to extensive annual Morning Consult survey research conducted among more than 8.6 million U.S. voters since 2017.
Meanwhile, “Even as Democratic voters drift toward the middle, the data shows that the Republican Party’s adherents are shifting further to the right — and it’s happening quickly,” writes Yokley.
Or to put it another way, the whole country is moving in a rightward direction.
2- Tuesday’s primaries saw a wave of conservative parents winning school board positions in Florida.
Red Wave: Florida Flips Multiple ‘Woke’ School Boards from Liberal to Conservative
QUOTE: Conservatives in Florida are fighting back against the left’s mission to brainwash children.
The left is trying to force CRT, transgender propaganda and pronouns on young school kids.
The good guys won Tuesday.
“We saw massive election victories all throughout the state of Florida tonight,” 1776 Project PAC founder Ryan Girdusky told Breitbart News Tuesday. “It shows the desire of parents and residents across the country for some normalcy in our education system, and that means pushing against transgender ideology, critical race theory, critical gender ideology, and equity which destroys merit in education.”
“We just flipped the school board from a 3-2 liberal majority to 4-1 conservative.”
Clay County
The Clay County school board is now 3-2 conservative majority.
Duval County
The Duval County school board which includes Jacksonville, flipped from liberal to conservative Tuesday evening.
Miami-Dade County
“Miami Dade is now the LARGEST county in America with a conservative school board majority.” 1776 Project Pac said.
Martin County
All three conservative candidates backed by 1776 Project Pac won in Miami-Dade
3- Internationally there are a lot of protests against socialist /communist ideas. They do not receive much attention in the West. We hope the Dutch farmers prevail in their battle against government.
Dutch Farmers: Political Pressure Grows on Govt to Back Down on EU-Driven Green Agenda
QUOTE: Dutch lawmakers broke into their summer vacations Tuesday to debate the government’s contentious plans to slash nitrogen emissions that have sparked angry protests by farmers.
The debate was called after Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra said in a newspaper interview that the goal of reducing emissions by 50% by 2030 was not set in stone. Hoekstra’s Christian Democrats party, which traditionally wins votes among farmers and in rural communities, has been losing support in polls since the government published its nitrogen targets.
Lawmaker Geert Wilders, whose Party for Freedom is the largest opposition group in parliament and who called for the debate, also used it to criticize the government for not doing enough to tackle a cost-of-living crisis that is hitting the Netherlands and many other European nations amid soaring energy costs and inflation. “This Cabinet is totally detached from reality,” Wilders said as the debate began. He said he would file a motion of no confidence in the government later in the debate.
Farmers argue that will force many of them out of business and destroy rural communities reliant on agriculture. To protest the measures, they have dumped manure and garbage, including asbestos, on highways over the summer and blockaded supermarket distribution centers to halt the flow of food to stores.
4- A group of 1,100 scientists from around the world have joined to declare there is no climate emergency. Follow the science!
QUOTE: A new group called Climate Intelligence (Clintel for short) has been founded in the Netherlands with the express purpose of combatting the extremism of the climate change campaigners. One of their early efforts is a statement, signed by 1,100 scientists and policy experts from around the world, that argues “There Is No Climate Emergency.”
The summary of their case is worth noting here in full:
Climate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific. Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately count the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of their policy measures.
Natural as well as anthropogenic factors cause warming
The geological archive reveals that Earth’s climate has varied as long as the planet has existed, with natural cold and warm phases. The Little Ice Age ended as recently as 1850. Therefore, it is no surprise that we now are experiencing a period of warming.
Warming is far slower than predicted
The world has warmed significantly less than predicted by IPCC on the basis of modeled anthropogenic forcing. The gap between the real world and the modeled world tells us that we are far from understanding climate change.
Climate policy relies on inadequate models
Climate models have many shortcomings and are not remotely plausible as policy tools. They do not only exaggerate the effect of greenhouse gases, they also ignore the fact that enriching the atmosphere with CO2 is beneficial. CO2 is plant food, the basis of all life on Earth CO2 is not a pollutant. It is essential to all life on Earth. More CO2 is favorable for nature, greening our planet. Additional CO2 in the air has promoted growth in global plant biomass. It is also profitable for agriculture, increasing the yields of crops worldwide.
Global warming has not increased natural disasters
There is no statistical evidence that global warming is intensifying hurricanes, floods, droughts and suchlike natural disasters, or making them more frequent. However, there is ample evidence that CO2-mitigation measures are as damaging as they are costly.
Climate policy must respect scientific and economic realities
There is no climate emergency. Therefore, there is no cause for panic and alarm. We strongly oppose the harmful and unrealistic net-zero CO2 policy proposed for 2050. Go for adaptation instead of mitigation; adaptation works whatever the causes are.
OUR ADVICE TO THE EUROPEAN LEADERS IS THAT SCIENCE SHOULD STRIVE FOR A SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE CLIMATE SYSTEM, WHILE POLITICS SHOULD FOCUS ON MINIMIZING POTENTIAL CLIMATE DAMAGE BY PRIORITIZING ADAPTATION STRATEGIES BASED ON PROVEN AND AFFORDABLE TECHNOLOGIES.
5- Winning these battles happens city by city, state by state. It takes parents standing up and being forceful about their opposition to leftist education policies.
Wisconsin School Board Bans Pride, BLM Flags From Classrooms
QUOTE: A Wisconsin school board voted Tuesday to prohibit the displaying of LGBTQ pride and Black Lives Matter flags in classrooms.
The Kettle Moraine school board in Wales, Wisconsin, examined a policy that prohibits educators and staff from “promoting partisan politics and sectarian religious views” which Superintendent Stephen Plum clarified to include pride and Black Lives Matter flags, according to Fox 6. The board approved the policy at the meeting, claiming that the flags are a violation of the code of conduct because they are political.
The vote also prohibits teachers from including their pronouns in email signatures, Plum said. Public comment was open at the school board meeting but was closed after an hour.
6- Good people standing up for their beliefs.
North Dakota School Board Reinstates Pledge of Allegiance After Week-Long Backlash
QUOTE: North Dakota’s Fargo School Board reinstated the Pledge of Allegiance at the start of its board meetings after one week’s worth of backlash following the Board’s decision to ban the Pledge.
Since April, the Fargo School Board has been starting every meeting by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. However, the school board determined its Pledge of Allegiance policy violated the Board’s diversity, equity, and inclusion policies during an August 9 meeting.
The school board’s decision came down to the Pledge’s inclusion of the words “under God.”
Fargo School Board’s decision to ban the Pledge of Allegiance sparked outrage locally and nationwide.
Fargo School Board’s decision also prompted a response from North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum (R), who announced on Monday that his administration would work closely with North Dakota’s legislature to pass legislation that protects every student and statewide elected official’s right to recite the Pledge of Allegiance.
7- Lots of good information was revealed at this conference. As usual, it was ignored by the Fake News. To catch up, read this recap.
Mike Lindell’s Action-packed “Moment of Truth” Election Summit
QUOTE: Mike Lindell’s “Moment of Truth” election summit in Springfield, Missouri, last weekend gathered hundreds to bear witness to documented evidence of election fraud across the country.
The event spanned two 12-hour days, each packed with nonstop information, now available at Lindell’s Frank Speech website or through his app.
The weekend featured presentations by election-integrity experts such as:
• former Michigan state senator and poll challenger Patrick Colbeck, author of The 2020 Coup. What Happened. What We Can Do.;
• former Trump legal advisor and Newsmax contributor Jenna Ellis;
• attorney and Trump advisor Kurt Olsen, who is attempting to bring the 2020 election under U.S. Supreme Court scrutiny;
• technology expert and inventor Jovan Pulitzer, who revealed real-time hacking of voting machines in Georgia and participated in the Arizona audit;
• founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association Richard Mack;
• former Wisconsin state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman.
Their speeches were followed by a massive presentation called the “State of the States.” Delegates from each state — from citizen activists to elected representatives — revealed what they said were systematic efforts to influence elections via voting machines and counterfeit ballots. (Two states were unable to send delegates, so they delivered status reports instead.)
8- This is a great analysis of the shift in sentiment against the mediocre, incompetent elite class. We pulled a few quotes but be sure to read the whole thing.
Victor Davis Hanson at American Greatness
QUOTE: Our elites are now viewed with the disdain they have earned on their own merits. And they are none too happy about it.
The elite found in the truly poor—neglecting their old union-member, blue-collar Democratic base—an outlet for their guilt, noblesse oblige, condescension at a safe distance, call it what you will. The poor if kept distant were fetishized, while the middle class was demonized for lacking the taste of the professional classes, and romance of the far distant underclass.
Second, race became increasingly divorced from class—a phenomenon largely birthed by guilty, wealthy, white elites and privileged, diverse professionals. For the white bicoastal elite, it became a mark of their progressive fides to champion woke racialism that empowered the non-white of their own affluent class, while projecting their own discomfort with and fears of the nonwhite poor onto the middle class as supposed “racists,” despite the latter’s more frequently living among, marrying within, and associating with the “other.”
The net result was more privilege for the elite and wealthy nonwhites, more neglect of the inner-city needy, and more disdain for the supposedly illiberal clingers, dregs, deplorables, chumps, and irredeemables.
In short, money and education certification were no longer synonymous with any sense of competency or expertise. Just the opposite often became true.
The universities are turning out mediocre graduates without the skills or knowledge of a generation ago, but certainly with both greater debt and arrogance.
The masses increasingly view the elites’ money, their ZIP codes, their degrees and certificates, and their titles not just with indifference, but with the disdain they now have earned on their own merits.
And that pushback has made millions of our worst and stupidest quite mad.
