Kari Lake Scores HUGE Victory in Election Integrity Court Fight
QUOTE: On Wednesday evening, the Arizona Supreme Court issued its ruling in regards to 2022 Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s case on the irregularities during the midterm election leading to the court calling for a trial court to reexamine if Maricopa County properly followed signature verification procedures during the election.
Lake brought the case following her defeat in November to former Arizona Secretary of State and current Governor Katie Hobbs (D-AZ). Hobbs, who at the time oversaw the election process as secretary of state, won the governorship with 50.3 percent of the vote, 1,287,890 votes, while Lake secured 49.7 percent of the vote, 1,270,774 votes, according to Politico.
At the time, there were multiple election irregularities on Election Day leading to Lake’s team claiming that voters were disenfranchised. Reportedly, according to Just the News, over 60 percent of the voting centers in Maricopa County were affected on November 8th.
With a margin of defeat of approximately 17,000 votes, such irregularities matter.
So the ruling on Wednesday evening is a win for Lake’s efforts. The court announced, “IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding to the trial court to determine whether the claim that Maricopa County failed to comply with A.R.S. § 16-550(A) fails to state a claim pursuant to Ariz. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) for reasons other than laches, or, whether Petitioner can prove her claim as alleged pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-672 and establish that ‘votes [were] affected ‘in sufficient numbers to alter the outcome of the election’ based on a ‘competent mathematical basis to conclude that the outcome would plausibly have been different, not simply an untethered assertion of uncertainty.'”
In response to the court’s ruling, Lake wrote on Twitter, “HUGE: AZ Supreme Court Rules In Favor of Kari Lake, Forces Lower Court to Look at Signature Verification Issues.”
“Signature Verification has been the third rail for Maricopa County for the past few years,” wrote Kari Lake War Room. “They have thrown every obstacle at Arizona election integrity activists to prevent them from reaching it. Unfortunately for them, they messed with the wrong woman.”
As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, earlier this month, the Arizona Supreme Court allowed for an expedited process in the Lake case after an appellate court rejected Lake’s challenges. The expedited process has paid off.
With yet another victory for Lake’s efforts to reestablish election integrity in the state of Arizona, the return to lower courts will likely bring more answers to the voters of Arizona about how the integrity of their vote was impacted in the midterm elections.

COVID States Project Gives New Hope to Unvaccinated
QUOTE: The CDC has indicated on their website for months that 92% of adults have taken at least on shot of a COVID-19 vaccine. Yet a prior surveys Zogby and Rasmussen indicated that fraction may only be two thirds.
Now a recent, independent report from Northeastern University has found that the proportion of unvaccinated is not 8% but more like 25%. This agrees separately with a Kaiser Family Foundation report. Apparently the CDC vaccination administration system is not accurately identifying each person by a unique identifier and linking each injection to that code. Therefore, if a patient does not have the prior vaccine card or goes to a different vaccines center with slightly different name spelling, then the encounter is counted as a brand new person coming forward. This is leading to double-counting of “vaccinated” in CDC records.
These findings give new hope to the unvaccinated that they are not alone in holding strong against the adverse safety profile of the COVID-19 vaccines and standing up for the preservation of good health and right to decide what is injected into their bodies.
3- This week old videos emerged of Fauci going door-to-door with the Mayor of the District of Columbia and other authorities to intimidate people to get the shot. It did not go well for the tiny doctor.

4- More states are stepping up to protect children from the dangerous transgender agenda.
Georgia legislature BANS child sex changes
QUOTE: Georgia has become the latest state to pass a bill banning doctors from prescribing cross-sex hormones or conducting surgeries related to a gender dysphoria diagnosis on minors.
On March 17, 2023, SB 140 passed the state house with an amendment that allows for doctors to be sued civilly and criminally for violating the law. On Tuesday, the bill passed with the amendment in the State Senate and is heading to Governor Brian Kemp’s desk, where he is expected to sign. Monday Trans Rights activists filled the capital as the Governor issued remarks in support of the bill.
There are critics on both sides of the argument. One being that the bill fails to block the use of puberty blockers to treat gender dysphoria. Some argue that doctors won’t prescribe puberty blockers without the ability to put them on cross-sex hormones at 16, so the bill still meets the intent. The bill also allows for treatments for this where deemed “medically necessary”, and some feel this will be used as a loophole for doctors. On the other side, there are arguments that this takes away “life-saving” treatment from these children.
Melissa Jackson, the chief operating officer and Georgia chapter lead for No Left Turn In Education who had this to say “We are very pleased today that the Georgia Senate prioritized the safety and well being of our minor children over ideological perspectives that are not grounded in science. No Left Turn in Education would have also liked for the bill to prohibit puberty blockers for minor children. Hopefully next session the Georgia Assembly can strengthen this bill by providing these important protections.”
However, the passage of SB 140 in Georgia comes on the heels of Florida and Kentucky passing a similar bill last week, and seven other states have passed similar measures to protect minors this year. The Human Rights Campaign has a list of 340 bills across the country that they see as “anti-trans” legislation.
5- It is rare to see a president of a university stand up and define the exact nature of this craziness. Pray for this Truth Teller as he is now under attack.
University president decries drag as ‘derisive, divisive and demoralizing misogyny,’ says school ‘will not host a drag show on campus’
QUOTE: In a message to students, faculty, and staff, West Texas A&M University President Walter Wendler said that drag performances denigrate women and declared that the school will not host a drag performance on campus.
In an Instagram post earlier this month, the WTAMU “Spectrum” student organization advertised the drag event, noting, “Spectrum is working with F1RSTGEN and other orgs on campus to produce A Fool’s Drag Race, coming soon!”
While Wendler condemned drag in his message, he suggested that people send money to the Trevor Project, an organization the drag show had been slated to benefit.
“West Texas A&M University will not host a drag show on campus,” Wendler wrote. “It was advertised for March 31, 2023, as an effort to raise money for The Trevor Project. The nonprofit organization focuses on suicide prevention—a noble cause—in the LGBTQ community.”
“As a performance exaggerating aspects of womanhood (sexuality, femininity, gender), drag shows stereotype women in cartoon-like extremes for the amusement of others and discriminate against womanhood. Any event which diminishes an individual or group through such representation is wrong,” Wendler wrote.
“Drag shows are derisive, divisive and demoralizing misogyny, no matter the stated intent. Such conduct runs counter to the purpose of WT. A person or group should not attempt to elevate itself or a cause by mocking another person or group. As a university president, I would not support ‘blackface’ performances on our campus, even if told the performance is a form of free speech or intended as humor. It is wrong. I do not support any show, performance or artistic expression which denigrates others—in this case, women—for any reason,” he declared.
“A harmless drag show? Not possible. I will not appear to condone the diminishment of any group at the expense of impertinent gestures toward another group for any reason, even when the law of the land appears to require it. Supporting The Trevor Project is a good idea. My recommendation is to skip the show and send the dough,” Wendler wrote.
6- A brave coach is made whole and has his job back.
Washington School District to Pay $1.8 Million in Legal Fees for Public Prayer Lawsuit
QUOTE: High school football coach Joe Kennedy has reached a $1.8 million settlement with the Washington school district that placed him on administrative leave in 2015 for praying on the field.
The Bremerton School District Board of Directors voted unanimously on March 16 in favor of the settlement to cover Kennedy’s legal expenses. His attorneys took his case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, which ruled in Kennedy’s favor in June 2022.
Kennedy has also been reinstated and will return to the school as an assistant football coach for the 2023 season.
Kennedy used to pray by himself on the 50-yard line at the end of games, but eventually, several students noticed and started joining him. He also gave short inspirational talks in which he cited God and religion. When the school district learned of this practice, they asked him to stop and eventually placed him on leave in 2015 when he refused to comply.
The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in Kennedy’s favor in June 2022, finding that the First Amendment protected Kennedy’s right to pray on the field. A federal court in Washington ruled in October that the Bremerton School District had to rehire Kennedy by March 2023.
7- Another brave Truth Teller, Kenny Xu, is fighting to have merit, not skin color, be the criteria for admission to medical school. He surprisingly won at UNC-CH and is moving on to other universities.
Kenny Xu got UNC to ax DEI and now he wants it gone at every medical school
QUOTE: The young conservative activist Kenny Xu is not just talking about a revolution.
He’s dead serious about ensuring that Americans are treated by qualified doctors — not those accepted to med schools because of their victim status or the color of their skin, he told The Post.
“Medicine is the one place where everyone agrees DEI should not be a criteria,” Xu, 25, told The Post.
The son of highly educated Chinese immigrants, Xu is determined to end what he sees as dangerous and hypocritical “anti-racism” and woke-ism policies in higher education, especially in medical schools, and bring back academic meritocracy. He and his campaign group, Color Us United, had their first big win last month when the medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill voted to ban diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) statements from hiring and tenure decisions.
He has also lobbied against discrimination against Asian Americans by elite colleges like Harvard.
Now he plans to take his campaign nationwide — at a time when Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is targeting all things woke at his state’s public universities.
“Hopefully, we can start this revolution at UNC that can spread across the country,” Xu said from his home in Raleigh, NC.
“Right now we’re living in a very surface-level culture where it’s all about skin color. If you go to a Harvard admissions officer, all they care about is: Are you a woman, are you a man, are you gay? Or do you have a cool story that some college admissions consultant wrote for you? Or are you like that kid who wrote ‘Black Lives Matter’ 100 times for his college essay and got accepted by Stanford?” Xu said.
“Most likely they don’t care about the traits that actually produce value. That’s my crusade — to get people to care about real merit and real value, regardless of surface characteristics like skin color.”
Xu and his three-person organization began their campaign at UNC by lobbying school trustees, many of whom, he said, didn’t even know much about DEI and how embedded it had become at the university and the medical school.
