We had a fast-paced Thursday as we sent you information as soon as possible after legal filings. This week looks equally busy. To start it off, here are stories you need to know about.
1-Arizona—If there was ever an example of the Left’s terror over the un-covering of voter fraud, it can be found right now in Arizona. This is a story that falls under all the radar but one we want you to be looking for.
The state Arizona Senate announced at the end of March that they were commissioning a full audit of the 2020 election results in Maricopa County. This included an examination of all the voting machines, and a hand counting of 2.1 million ballots, verifying in person addresses and comparing that to voter rolls. If we ALL want to make double dog sure that Joe Biden won fair and square, then why would we ALL not support this effort?
A LOT OF PEOPLE do NOT support this and are working every angle to trash the Senate, the auditors, and the process. As part of this process, the auditors, would be going door to door to verify addresses and see if the people who lived there had voted.
“VOTER SUPPRESSION”, the Democrats scream.
Now we are finding that the Left-wing group opposing this audit has strong ties to Hillary Clinton, Obama, Soros and China.

“Steve Bannon of the WarRoom Pandemic podcast, Peter Navarro, who wrote an incredible three-part analysis explaining the 2020 election steal, The Navarro Report, and Mike Lindell, who co-produced and hosted two documentaries about the 2020 election steal, have all repeatedly stated ‘that if just one of these swing states fall, they’ll all fall like a house of cards.'”
So, to prevent ‘this house of cards from falling’ and any election tampering and fraud being exposed, the Democratic hit team blew into Arizona, a top Democrat-run nonprofit at the helm, with three law firms in tow to shut this thing in Arizona down.

2-NEW HAMPSHIRE– This is a big win! Audits are good ways to ensure trust and integrity in all future elections. New Hampshire is moving in the right direction. If you live in New Hampshire let your representatives know that you approve!
The bill states: “Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, this act authorizes and directs an audit of the ballot counting machines and their memory cards and the hand tabulations of ballots regarding the general election on November 3, 2020 in Windham, New Hampshire of Rockingham County district 7 house of representatives for the purpose of determining the accuracy of the ballot counting devices, the process of hand tallying, and the process of vote tabulation and certification of races.”
Dominion Voting Systems, which is involved in a series of defamation lawsuits, is the owner of the intellectual property of AccuVote Machines and the associated election management system.
Windham Voting Machines Audit Bill Will Be Signed by New Hampshire Gov. Sununu
The EPOCH TIMES—April 9 2021–On Thursday, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu said that he will sign a bill that gives authorization for forensic analysis and a comprehensive recount of the 2020 election votes in Windham related to optical scanning AccuVote machines.
3-Sidney never said that!
Two weeks ago the Drive By Media, which includes all of social media, was excited to tell everyone that Sidney Powell had been lying to us all along about the 2020 presidential election fraud. NOTHING could be further from the truth. But, then again, the Left lost all care for truth in about 1988.

Why Context Matters: Sidney Powell’s Motion

Lately, Sidney Powell has been widely misunderstood because the media, and some in the political arena, have cleverly edited language. This article will be limited in scope, and is a companion piece to the brilliantly written UncoverDC article written on March 31 by Mackenzie Bettle. (https://uncoverdc.com/2021/03/31/sidney-powells-legal-defense-dominates-dominion/) His article is fulsome and explains the details of her Motion to Dismiss the Dominion Voting Systems defamation lawsuit against her far better than I can.
It is important to mention some context for my position in this opinion piece which will be based on facts with specific language from her complaint. My aim is to hopefully break things down the best way I can, so even a peabrain like me would be able to understand her intent.
Powell has been practicing law, legitimately and credibly for upwards of 43 years. It is indisputable that she is a highly respected lawyer and her record speaks for itself. In that context, it would be very odd for her to suddenly ditch her duty to continue to practice law in a credible manner. The idea that she is now a liar and has suddenly eschewed her “fidelity to the law” are on their face, frankly, ridiculous. Also worth a mention is the fact that there would be serious consequences, both professional and monetary, for a lawyer of her stature to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct.
To illustrate the misunderstanding that has grown out of either purposeful or ignorant interpretation of Powell’s argument, I provide here just one of the latest of countless examples of the distortion of her legal argument which attempts to fool the reader into believing Powell is a dishonest, legal hack.
4-DEFENDING THE REPUBLIC—Many people have been working to set up the foundation structure for Defending the Republic. Now that the foundation has been laid, Patrick Byrne and his team have moved on and are no longer associated with Defending the Republic.
