Dear Patriots,

We continue to ferret out the good because for the most part the Fake News does not report good news.  This week we found a lot of good news!

1- This is the news we get. Not the news we need.

Networks Skip Parents Suing AG for ‘Terrorism’ Smear, NBC Rails Against Anti-CRT Law in TX

QUOTE: Instead of reporting on the parents fighting back against the Biden administration’s tyranny, ABC’s World News Tonight was busy touting a transgendered “woman” being installed as a four-star general. On the CBS Evening News, they were hawking and huffing about cops and firefighters who would rather lose their jobs than getting vaccinated.

And for their part, NBC Nightly News went the other way and touted a handful of parents and liberal teachers opposing a school board doing away with Critical Race Theory (CRT).

2- It is good to see that someone in government cares and is endeavoring to fix a problem.

DeSantis To The Rescue: Florida’s Created ‘Incentive Packages’ With Ports To Solve Supply Chain Clog

QUOTE: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) announced on Tuesday that Florida has created incentive packages to get companies to abandon clogged ports in states like Democrat-controlled California and use Florida’s ports instead, a move that he says can help solve the worsening supply chain crisis.

“As the rest of the nation faces rampant inflation and businesses stare down unprecedented supply chain problems, our message is this: Florida is here, we have capacity, we have incentive packages to help businesses who want to move here and we are going to make sure Americans get their Christmas Gifts this season,” DeSantis continued.

3- Ten hours. Yes, TEN hours were wasted to “discuss” protecting female athletes from interloping men. But the bill passed.

Texas passes bill to protect girls’ sports

QUOTE: In their third special session, the Texas legislature passed a bill that would protect girls and women from being forced to compete against biological males in athletics.

After nearly ten hours of debate, House Bill 25 passed mostly along party lines, 76-54, on October 14. It went to the Senate the next day where it passed 19-12. The bill went back to the House and was approved a final time 76-61. The third special session ended Monday.

This marks the fourth time this year the Texas legislature has tried to pass a measure protecting females playing athletics. Legislation protecting females in sports had passed in the Texas Senate but failed in the House three previous times, once in the regular session and twice in special sessions. Governor Greg Abbott has said he will sign the bill.

4- They refuse to be the vaccine police for the left. Let this be an example to many more private businesses.

San Fran Temporarily Closes In-N-Out For Not Enforcing Vaccine Mandate, Restaurant Fires Back

QUOTE:  An In-N-Out fast-food restaurant in San Francisco, California, was recently temporarily closed for not enforcing the city’s vaccine mandate that requires patrons to provide evidence that they have been immunized against COVID-19.

“Our store properly and clearly posted signage to communicate local vaccination requirements,” In-N-Out Burger’s Chief Legal and Business Officer, Arnie Wensinger said in a statement to Fox News. “After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every Customer, then act as enforcement personnel by barring entry for any Customers without the proper documentation.”

“‘We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government,’ Wensinger declared, slamming the San Francisco Department of Health’s requirements as ‘unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe’ and accusing the city of asking restaurants to ‘segregate Customers’ based on vaccine documentation.”

“We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business,” the statement said. “This is clear governmental overreach and is intrusive, improper, and offensive.”

5- Let’s talk DATA. 81 studies are all listed in this piece with explanation and links. What do 81 studies all agree on? Natural immunity is far better than anything you get from an ineffective, experimental vaccine.

81 Research Studies Confirm Natural Immunity to COVID ‘Equal’ or ‘Superior’ to Vaccine Immunity

QUOTE: The Brownstone Institute lists 81 of the highest-quality, complete, most robust scientific studies and evidence reports/position statements on natural immunity as compared to the COVID-19 vaccine-induced immunity.

6- It is a miracle that “weather delays” which we were told grounded 2,000 flights, resulted in a new policy to not force the vaccine on Southwest employees.

Southwest Airlines Backs Off Plan to Put Unvaccinated Employees on Unpaid Leave

QUOTE: Southwest Airlines told its employees that it will delay a plan to place workers who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 on unpaid leave if they haven’t yet obtained a medical or religious exemption. The Dallas-based carrier confirmed reports about the memo to news outlets on Tuesday, saying it will drop the plan.

7- The doctors can now prescribe these medicines but the corporate pharmacies are still balking at filling them. Yet, this is a step toward a better treatment protocol for the virus from China.

QUOTE: At the request of the Nebraska Department of Health, on Oct. 15, Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson issued a legal opinion that Nebraska healthcare providers can legally prescribe ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for the treatment of COVID, so long as they obtain informed consent from the patient.

New Capitol Video Contradicts Justice Department, Media Narrative on January 6

QUOTE: A 40-minute clip released this week over objections by Biden’s DOJ and USCP show Capitol Police allowing hundreds of people into the building on the afternoon of January 6. This contradicts media and the Democrats narrative on J6, not to mention court filings

Protesters Stage Walkouts Across California In Defiance Of School Vaccine Mandates

QUOTE: On Monday, faculty and students at schools across the state of California staged walkouts in defiance of vaccine and testing requirements set to take effect this week.  “We’re fighting for the freedom to make the medical choices that are best for our children. We are fully prepared to pull our kids from public school and hire our own teaching staff if that’s what it takes. We do not co-parent with the government,” Tess Van Dusen, an event organizer, reportedly said, according to ABC10 in Sacramento.

Outside of a high school in Van Nuys that is part of the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), demonstrators held signs as they marched that reportedly read: “My Body, My Choice,” “Our kids are not lab rats,” and “Stop the mandate LAUSD.”

We Got Here Because of Cowardice. We Get Out With Courage – Bari Weiss

QUOTE: What we call “cancel culture” is really the justice system of this revolution. And the goal of the cancellations is not merely to punish the person being cancelled. The goal is to send a message to everyone else: Step out of line and you are next.

It has worked. A recent CATO study found that 62 percent of Americans are afraid to voice their true views.

QUOTE: But let’s start with a little courage. Courage means, first off, the unqualified rejection of lies. Do not speak untruths, either about yourself or anyone else, no matter the comfort offered by the mob. And do not genially accept the lies told to you. If possible, be vocal in rejecting claims you know to be false. Courage can be contagious, and your example may serve as a means of transmission.

Every day I hear from people who are living in fear in the freest society humankind has ever known. Dissidents in a democracy, practicing doublespeak. That is what is happening right now. What happens five, 10, 20 years from now if we don’t speak up and defend the ideas that have made all of our lives possible?

Liberty. Equality. Freedom. Dignity. These are ideas worth fighting for.

11- Polls are a slippery slope. We generally do not trust them as they are used by the left to frame their agenda. They all consistently over-poll Democrats.

However, over a span of time, they can be instructive. There is no way to spin the consistent polling results that show that the most popular president in our lifetime, the one who garnered 81 million votes, is in an approval death spiral.

While generally we would want our President strong and supported by the country, these numbers must be pushed onto the desks of Senators and Representatives as the reason they should not vote for any of the Biden agenda. Use this information when you contact your representatives.

Poll: Biden’s Approval Rating Sinks to 37 Percent

President Joe Biden’s approval rating continues to fall, with 37 percent of Americans approving the job he is doing, according to a Quinnipiac poll released on Tuesday.

QUOTE: While only 37 percent of Americans approve of Biden’s job performance, 52 percent disapprove. The numbers are similar when asked about their opinion of the president.

Only 38 percent of Americans report a favorable opinion of Biden, whereas 50 percent have an unfavorable opinion.

In the same poll, numbers showed Republicans still overwhelmingly support former President Donald Trump and would like to see him run for office again in 2024. According to Quinnipiac, 78 percent of Republicans want to see Trump run for president again, which is a 12 point increase from his 66 percent polling in May.

Don’t let the bad news get you down. There’s lots of good news that the mainstream media mostly ignores.

13- “Knowingly. Willfully. Brazenly.”

We can not leave this week without mentioning that so many people have been vindicated.

For two years Fauci has been on your TV lying to you about what he has done.

A letter from the NIH, written by molecular biologist Richard H. Ebright, shows that “NIH, and specifically, NIH Director Collins, NIAID Director Fauci, lied to Congress, lied to the press, and lied to the public,” Mr. Ebright,  tweeted Wednesday night when sharing the letter.

They lied: “Knowingly. Willfully. Brazenly.”

We are left wondering what else this gaggle of malevolence has falsified.

NIH Contradicts Fauci, Admits Funding Gain-of-Function Research at Wuhan Lab

QUOTE: Molecular biologist Richard H. Ebright on Wednesday posted a letter from the National Institute of Health (NIH) showing that an NIH grant did fund gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, contrary to what Dr. Anthony Fauci had testified to the Senate.

Fauci testified to Senators at a hearing in May that the NIH “has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”

However, the NIH’s October 20 letter to House Oversight Committee Ranking Member James Comer (R-KY) showed that the NIH grant, which was awarded to EcoHealth Alliance and then sub-awarded to the Wuhan lab, funded a research project during 2018 and 2019 that tested “if spike proteins from naturally occurring bat coronaviruses circulating in China were capable of binding to the human ACE2 receptor in a mouse model.”
