Dear Patriots,
You may have heard that on Thursday in the Georgia indictment case there was a hearing.
Sidney is pleased to be going to trial on October 23, the sooner the better. She is innocent.
The State is hiding the Brady evidence that shows she is innocent.
Here is more on this decision.
And now we kick off this weekend with more GOOD NEWS!
1- As we have discussed, the Left will use the weather to scare people into giving up their freedoms. It is a HOAX! There are 1,600 warrior scientist to whom we should listen.
It is GOOD news that we are not doomed by the weather. Not that you will get any crazy, hysterical lefty to stop crying about it.

The ‘Climate Emergency’ Is a Hoax
QUOTE: More than 1,600 scientists, including two Nobel laureates, have signed a declaration saying that “There is no climate emergency.” The declaration is unlikely to get any attention from the mainstream media, unfortunately, but it is important for people to know about: the mass climate hysteria and the destruction of the US economy in the name of climate change need to stop.
“Climate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific,” states the declaration signed by the 1,609 scientists, including Nobel laureates John F. Clauser from the US and Ivar Giaever from Norway/US.
“Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately count the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of their policy measures.
“The geological archive reveals that Earth’s climate has varied as long as the planet has existed, with natural cold and warm phases. The Little Ice Age ended as recently as 1850. Therefore, it is no surprise that we now are experiencing a period of warming.
“Warming is far slower than predicted.
“Global warming has not increased natural disasters. There is no statistical evidence that global warming is intensifying hurricanes, floods, droughts and suchlike natural disasters, or making them more frequent. However, there is ample evidence that CO2 mitigation measures are as damaging as they are costly.
2- Good news for this father who was trying to warn of great harm to girls by boys dressing like women. But we have a question: why did this pardon take two years?
Glenn Youngkin Grants ‘Absolute Pardon’ To Loudoun Dad Arrested At School Board Meeting | The Daily Wire
QUOTE: Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin on Sunday granted an “absolute pardon” to the father who was arrested at a school board meeting after the superintendent lied about his daughter’s rape by a skirt-wearing boy.
The pardon says that in June 2021, Scott Smith “exercised his constitutional right to attend a public meeting of the Loudoun County School Board to observe the proceedings, during which time a community member threatened to spread false and malicious information about Mr. Smith’s business with the intent to damage his reputation.”
The media plastered around the world a picture of Smith being dragged away by police, and used him as a symbol of how angry conservative parents were supposedly disrupting school board meetings out of bigotry and ignorance. The National School Boards Association likened him to a domestic terrorist in a letter that the Biden administration used to mobilize anti-terrorism forces against parents.
Only The Daily Wire bothered to ask Smith whether he had a good reason to be mad at the school board. It turned out that not only had his daughter been raped, and the superintendent lied about it, but that the school system kept the rapist in school, where he sexually assaulted a second girl.
“They villainized me and my family from the minute my daughter reported that she was sexually assaulted, pretty much until present time,” he said.
3- Warrior doctors are fighting and winning against the government’s illegal practice of medicine.
Appeals Court: Doctors Can Sue FDA for Condemning Ivermectin as a COVID-19 Treatment, Resulting Reputational Harm
QUOTE: A federal appeals court allowed three doctors to sue the FDA over a series of website and social media posts condemning ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19. The doctors alleged the FDA exceeded its authority by offering medical advice and “that FDA’s messaging interfered with their own individual medical practice.”
The lawsuit stems from a series of FDA posts advising consumers not to take horse ivermectin but failing to acknowledge the existence of a human ivermectin formulation, including one tweet advising consumers, “Hold your horses, y’all”:
The trial court dismissed the doctors’ lawsuit after finding sovereign immunity barred their three claims. The appeals court reversed on one claim, finding plausible the argument the FDA exceeded its statutory authority by offering medical advice instead of medical information.
The firm Boyden Gray, which represents the doctors, issued a press release praising the decision: In a matter critical to stopping federal overreach into the practice of medicine, Boyden Gray PLLC welcomes a decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit . . . rejecting the government’s blanket assertion of sovereign immunity and allowing the case to proceed.
Dr. Robert Apter alleges he was twice referred to state medical boards for prescribing ivermectin off-label, with the referrals citing the FDA’s posts.
Dr. Apter and Dr. Mary Bowden allege pharmacies refused to fill their ivermectin prescriptions because of the FDA’s posts. Dr. Bowden claims she lost admitting privileges at a hospital after tweeting about using ivermectin to treat COVID-19.Dr. Paul Marik, co-leader of FLCCC, alleges he lost positions at a medical school and hospital “for promoting the use of ivermectin.”
4- How one family took over the health care of their father and saved his life.
Family says they saved dad’s life by sneaking him ivermectin during 200-day hospitalization
QUOTE: One man’s family took his care into their own hands when he was hospitalized with COVID-19. As a result, they believe they may have saved his life.
Shannon Fletcher, daughter of David Dentz, spoke with Liz Collin this week to share her dad’s story and long battle with COVID.
Dentz was hospitalized with COVID-19 for 208 days, one of the longest COVID stays in the state. Not until his family began slipping him ivermectin did his health begin to look up, Fletcher said.
Methodist Hospital’s protocols required doctors to not administer ivermectin, Fletcher said. Two weeks into Dentz’s hospital stay, Fletcher and her family were paying out of pocket for an advocate and an attorney, trying to get Dentz help the hospital would not provide.
They were not allowed to visit him during this time, and the family held a “Save Dave” protest outside of the facility. Fletcher believes her father, who was not vaccinated, received worse treatment than those who were vaccinated against COVID.
The hospital “shamed” the family when they didn’t want to give up on Dentz’s life, Fletcher said. Finally, Fletcher decided she wanted to bring ivermectin to her father and slip some in his mouth.
“There’s nothing that they’re going to do, and [they’re] already telling me he’s going to die, so we might as well try it,” Fletcher said.
After she succeeded once with the plan, her family continued sneaking ivermectin paste into Dentz’s mouth over the next five days.
“[The amount] was based on weight, so we took a small amount — and I know the media is going to put it down and call people crazy and this and that — but I don’t care because I believe he’s here for that reason,” Fletcher said.
“The day after we gave him ivermectin, Angie got a call and the doctor said she could not believe the progress that he was making. The very next day.”
Then Dentz was transferred out of the hospital to a specialist who said he was “overmedicated” and “over sedated,” according to Fletcher.
Over 200 days from his first admittance, Dentz was discharged. Fletcher said he struggles to breathe and has stage 3 kidney failure due to the remdesivir.
“Considering where we were, he’s doing amazing,” she said.
5- These medical institutions are not stopping this treatment for moral or ethical reasons. They are worried that they can be sued. Good. We will take that win!
Washington University the second Missouri provider to stop transgender care for minors
QUOTE: Washington University in St. Louis joined University of Missouri Health as the latest provider of care to transgender minors to announce it is canceling pre-existing prescriptions for puberty blockers or hormone-replacement therapy.
A new state law restricting access to gender-affirming care bars those under 18 from beginning new treatments. But in a compromise with opponents of the ban, lawmakers grandfathered in patients who had begun a medical transition before the law went into effect on Aug. 28.
But a provision of the statute allows those who received care as a minor to bring a cause of action against their doctor 15 years after treatment or their 21st birthday, whichever is later. Typically, patients in Missouri have two years to file a medical malpractice lawsuit.
Washington University cited this provision as the reason for its change in services.
“Missouri’s newly enacted law regarding transgender care has created a new legal claim for patients who received these medications as minors,” the university said in a statement. “This legal claim creates unsustainable liability for health-care professionals and makes it untenable for us to continue to provide comprehensive transgender care for minor patients without subjecting the university and our providers to an unacceptable level of liability.”
MU Health Care, when it announced it was stopping minors’ puberty blocker and hormone prescriptions, also spoke of legal risks.
6- After being banned to play in the US Open Tennis Championship, because he refused to participate in the evil injection experiment, warrior Novak Djokovic wins the event sponsored by Moderna.
Novak received a huge hero’s welcome in his home country, Serbia, on Tuesday.
Unvaccinated, Non-Compliant Novak Djokovic Wins His 24th Grand Slam Title at Moderna-Sponsored U.S. Open
QUOTE: In a stunning display of talent and tenacity, Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic (36) claimed his 24th Grand Slam title on Sunday, defeating Russian player Daniil Medvedev in a dramatic U.S. Open men’s singles final.
Djokovic’s victory over Medvedev is not just another Grand Slam win; it is a historic achievement. By claiming his 24th Grand Slam title, Djokovic surpasses the previous record held by Serena Williams, solidifying his status as one of the greatest tennis players of all time. This milestone is even more significant considering that Djokovic achieved it in the Open era, which began in 1968
The win is especially notable as Djokovic has been a key figure off the court for his refusal to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and his non-compliance with some of the unconstitutional protocols that have been put in place by sports authorities and governments. The fact that Moderna was one of the event’s primary sponsors made his win historic.
7- It might be funny, if it were not so serious for the country. But, we have to laugh at how out-of-touch this regime is with normal Americans.
Hilarious: Granholm’s EV Road Trip Turns Into an Entitlement Clown Show, Family Forced to Call Police
QUOTE: Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm set out on a four-day trip this summer. The trip was to prove the worth of the Biden administration’s spending a ton on pushing and “investing” in electric vehicles.
NPR’s Camila Domonoske went along on the trip and revealed, “Electric cars have a road trip problem, even for the secretary of energy.”
What happened on the trip says everything about the Biden team’s delusion and entitlement. The trip revealed immediately that the system is not ready to handle even what they have to deal with now, much less with the number of vehicles that you would have to cope with with the complete switchover that they want.
But between stops, Granholm’s entourage at times had to grapple with the limitations of the present. Like when her caravan of EVs — including a luxury Cadillac Lyriq, a hefty Ford F-150 and an affordable Bolt electric utility vehicle — was planning to fast-charge in Grovetown, a suburb of Augusta, Georgia.
From NPR: Her advance team realized there weren’t going to be enough plugs to go around. One of the station’s four chargers was broken, and others were occupied. So an Energy Department staffer tried parking a nonelectric vehicle by one of those working chargers to reserve a spot for the approaching secretary of energy. That did not go down well: a regular gas-powered car blocking the only free spot for a charger? In fact, a family that was boxed out — on a sweltering day, with a baby in the vehicle — was so upset they decided to get the authorities involved: They called the police.
Doesn’t that say it all? There weren’t enough chargers to deal with the demand, and they tried to block out other people to reserve a spot for Granholm at the faster charger. That screams entitlement and thinking they get to do that because of their power. When you’re stealing a spot from a family with a baby, you just might be pretty scummy. They’re denying a family the very service they claim to be helping to provide because the family was in the way of their PR stunt. And the Biden team did it with a vehicle that wasn’t even electric.
PRAY for divine intervention. DO NOT FEAR.
PRAY for Sidney and all warriors.
SHARE your wisdom.
