Dear Patriots,

There is a lot of information flooding out of Washington D.C. this week as House investigations get down to business.

For example, on Wednesday, Dr. Robert Redfield, former director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said he has “no doubt” the National Institutes of Health and Dr. Anthony Fauci funded gain-of-function research that likely resulted in the creation of COVID-19 and its subsequent leak.
WOW! Fauci lied, many times.

While we cheer the efforts of the House to drag out information, we know there is still a long way to go to hold people accountable.

Meanwhile, the J6 tapes, unseen by the J6 Committee and the public until this week, continue to provide a better view of what happened on that day.

GO HERE TO ORDER

1- A big win in federal court and a rare scolding of the Biden Regime from the judge.

Federal judge, siding with Florida, blasts Biden administration on immigration

QUOTE: A federal judge on Wednesday handed a victory to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and Attorney General Ashley Moody as he delivered a blistering rebuke to the Biden administration’s immigration policies.

U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell ordered federal immigration authorities to revamp one key policy that he says runs counter to federal law while at the same time castigated the Biden administration for its handling of what he called an “unsustainable” crisis on the nation’s southern border.

“For the most part, the court finds in favor of Florida because, as detailed below, the evidence establishes that defendants have effectively turned the Southwest border into a meaningless line in the sand and little more than a speedbump for aliens flooding into the country,” wrote Wetherell, who was appointed to the bench by former President Donald Trump.

Wetherell added that the Biden immigration policies were “akin to posting a flashing ‘Come In, We’re Open’ sign on the southern border. The unprecedented ‘surge’ of aliens that started arriving at the Southwest Border almost immediately after President Biden took office and that has continued unabated over the past two years was a predictable consequence of these actions.

The ruling comes amid reports that the Biden administration is considering reopening previously shuttered detention centers to house migrant families.

2- Great news that this highly partisan woman has withdrawn her nomination to the FCC.

Controversial Biden FCC Nominee Withdraws After Democrat Concern over Anti-Police Rhetoric

QUOTE: President Joe Biden’s FCC pick, Gigi Sohn, withdrew her nomination Tuesday after she faced criticism for her anti-police rhetoric and other controversial views.

Sohn withdrew her nomination after facing severe criticism from both Republicans and Democrats over her controversial views. This ends the 16-month battle over her nomination.

The Democrat nominee said she decided to withdraw after facing “unrelenting, dishonest, and cruel attacks” from the cable and media lobbyists. Democrat commissioners at the FCC have been stalled from carrying out their agenda because they have been unable to secure a majority at the agency.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), the ranking member of the Senate Commerce Committee, said in a written statement:
The withdrawal of Ms. Sohn’s nomination is a major victory and represents a strong bipartisan agreement that we need a fair and impartial candidate who can receive the support needed for confirmation. The FCC is not a place for partisan activists; free speech is too important. Now, it’s time for the Biden administration to put forth a nominee who can be confirmed by the full Senate and is committed to serving as an even-handed and truly independent regulator.

3- The Republican House is working  to get accountability for the massive amounts of money the USA has sent to Ukraine.

Republicans want answers on billions in taxpayer money spent on Ukraine

QUOTE: House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Kentucky) and other Republicans are calling on federal agencies to provide documents and information to ensure that taxpayer dollars being spent on Ukraine are being protected from waste, fraud, and abuse.

Under Republican leadership, the Oversight Committee says it is returning to is primary duty to root out waste, fraud, abuse, and mismanagement in the federal government.

4- Great news for Americans who desire free and fair elections. Three states announced this week they are jettisoning the deeply flawed, but deeply loved by Democrats, ERIC system, supposedly used to purge voter rolls.

Three More States Pull Out Of ERIC System

QUOTE:The Gateway Pundit has reported for over a year now on the ERIC (Electronic Registration Information Center) voter roll system that is used in 30-32 states.  The system was originally promoted as a tool to clean up voter rolls.  It is anything but that.

For example, Wisconsin is an ERIC State and has over 7 million registered voters in a state with less than 4 million eligible voters.  The Wisconsin state election leader Sarah Whitt was hired by ERIC after performing such exemplary work in Wisconsin.

Obviously, ERIC is not working.  The ERIC system is obsolete, inefficient, and has failed in its purpose.  The Democrat party apparatus loves it for some reason.

The ERIC system is now used in dozens of states despite the fact that voter rolls in those states are more bloated with phantom voters than ever before in US history.

This week, THREE STATES – MISSOURI, FLORIDA, AND WEST VIRGINIA – announced they were cutting ties with the ERIC System.

“We have worked hard over the last several years to implement procedures that will make Missouri elections better, voter rolls more accurate, and bring greater trust to the election process,” Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft said. “Voter confidence is compromised when individuals vote in more than one state and nothing is done.  It appears that ERIC will not make the necessary changes to address these concerns, therefore, it is time to move on.”

As West Virginia Secretary of State Mac Warner said, “There is no defensible justification to allow any opportunity for partisanship in voter registration and list maintenance, much less in the administration of our nation’s elections.

Walgreens Refuses to Distribute Abortion Pills

QUOTE: Walgreens clarified Thursday that it is not distributing abortion pills anywhere, including in states where they remain legal.

The nation’s second-largest pharmacy explained to Politico that it made this decision out of an abundance of caution amid a shifting policy landscape post Roe. However, Walgreens does intend to seek certification from the Food and Drug Administration to distribute abortion pills in certain states, but it declined to say which.

The move follows two dozen Republican attorneys general writing to Walgreens in February warning it not to distribute what has become the most popular abortion method.

“Walgreens is not currently dispensing Mifepristone in any of its locations. As you know, to become certified by the FDA, participating pharmacies must satisfy a range of safety and risk mitigation requirements to dispense this drug,” wrote Walgreens executive vice president Danielle Gray to Kansas attorney general Kris Kobach in February.

The company claimed it has responded to all the attorney general letters.

“Walgreens does not intend to dispense Mifepristone within your state and does not intend to ship Mifepristone into your state from any of our pharmacies. If this approach changes, we will be sure to notify you,” Gray continued.

6- There may be some extra cash floating around but it will take an act of Congress to get the Federal Government to give it out.  Republicans are working on it!

Unclaimed Savings

QUOTE: There’s a fascinating battle between states that want to return billions of dollars in money to the rightful owners — and the Treasury Department, which, believe it or not, is fighting the effort. Congressman Ron Estes started the challenge over abandoned savings bonds when he was Kansas state treasurer.
Savings bonds were a big financer of U.S. World War II expenses.

Bonds are a way people lend money to the federal government for a fixed period of time in exchange for interest payments at the end.

As Kansas state treasurer, Ron Estes noticed lots of matured federal savings bonds abandoned and unclaimed in safe deposit boxes.

Under Estes, Kansas sued to give the state the right to obtain the unclaimed bonds, where they’d go into an unclaimed property database. That way, residents could check and see if they had the right to money they didn’t know about under a family member’s name.

How much money does this amount to nationally? Right now, it’s up to $27.9 billion.

The Treasury Department fought state efforts to return the money, but states won in court.
Now, Estes and a bipartisan group in Congress are trying to pass the U.S. Savings Bond Act to force the Treasury Department to actively work with all the states, looking to return unclaimed billions in savings bond money.
