It has been a tough week but there are some glimmers of sanity and goodness in a deluge of grim news.
While we were pleased to see that Speaker McCarthy released the 41,000 hours of J-6 video, we were not thrilled that it was given to Fox New host,Tucker Carlson. This evidence, in our opinion, should have been released to the public to watch and dig through. We can not trust the corporate interests at Fox News to be open about this material and not to hide important parts. There are people in jail who could be released based on findings. Their attorneys need total access to all video records.
The massive video trove could have been studied by crowdsourcing, which is now being done for the mountain of documents released by Pfizer.
Call Speaker McCarthy and demand the public, not suspect media, have access to this information.

We start with some very good and welcome news!!
On March 1, 2022, the Texas Bar filed suit against Sidney Powell in Texas state court, alleging six ethical violations arising from the election fraud suits she filed on behalf of electors following the 2020 presidential election.
Full discovery ensued with multiple depositions, Powell’s production of more than 55,000 pages of documents and a massive privilege log. Yesterday the Texas Judge applied settled law and held that the Bar had no evidence as a matter of law that Sidney Powell violated any rule in her four election fraud cases.

QUOTE: A prominent Republican group from New York has suspended a member of their Board of Advisors pending an investigation into whether he is the mastermind behind the ousting of James O’Keefe from Project Veritas.
New York Young Republican Club announced they have suspended Matthew Tyrmand, a member of the Project Veritas Board of Directors.

Shareholders Call Out JPMorgan Chase for Aiding & Abetting Jeffrey Epstein While De-Banking Conservatives
QUOTE: Today, National Legal and Policy Center and our allies at the Free Enterprise Project have called out JPMorgan Chase & Co. for knowingly letting sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein use his bank accounts to fund his illicit activities for years, but canceling the accounts of some conservative political activists.

Following the disclosures released last week that megabank JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“Chase”) knowingly allowed sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein to maintain accounts with which he made multiple payments to his victims – collectively exceeding $1 million – two shareholder groups are pointing out hypocrisy at the bank, and are calling upon it to implement transparency measures and to disclose its policies about whom it does and doesn’t provide services to.
According to information in a federal lawsuit by the government of the Virgin Islands against Chase, as early as 2006 the bank’s Global Corporate Security Division flagged “[s]everal newspaper articles . . . that detail the indictment of Jeffrey Epstein in Florida on felony charges of soliciting underage prostitutes.” According to a report by LawAndCrime.com, four years later Chase’s risk management division raised questions in an internal email about fresh accusations against Epstein. “See below new allegations of an investigation related to child trafficking – are you still comfortable with this client who is now a registered sex offender[?]” The concerns were dismissed and Epstein’s accounts at Chase remained open.
Both National Legal and Policy Center and the Free Enterprise Project at the National Center for Public Policy Research own stock in Chase, and have introduced shareholder proposals (NLPC’s, FEP’s) that address different aspects of the company’s troubling practice of closing accounts of conservatives without warnings or honest explanations. In their respective proposals, both NLPC and FEP cite past examples where Chase has “de-banked” activists and organizations, including the nonprofit National Committee for Religious Freedom, which “proactively defend(s) the constitutional rights of religious freedom” for “all Americans.” The NCRF was founded by Sam Brownback, the former U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom. Ambassador Brownback also served honorably as a Congressman, U.S. Senator, and Governor for the state of Kansas. Chase shuttered NCRF’s account in May 2022, three weeks after Brownback opened it, and has and since then provided false explanations, and then stonewalled about the reasons for the closing.
3- Remember when Antifa and BLM gangs occupied the city of Seattle? Finally, the businesses that were shut down are receiving compensation from the city. The city had to be forced to do this.
Seattle forced to pay $3.6 MILLION in 2020 CHAZ damages to business owners
QUOTE: The city of Seattle has agreed to pay $3,650,000 in damages to business owners who brought suit after the deadly 2020 Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) damaged their business, property, and violated their constitutional rights. The group had originally been seeking $2.9 million.
The city has until March 3 to pay the sum as part of a settlement revealed last week. According to court filings regarding the settlement, $600,000 will go toward attorney fees for the more than a dozen plaintiffs.
The settlement came just weeks after a federal judge imposed sanctions against the city for deleting thousands of text messages between Seattle officials including former Mayor Jenny Durkan, former police chief Carmen Best, and Fire Chief Harold Scoggins during the armed occupation by Antifa and BLM rioters of 6 square blocks of the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
The CHAZ, also known as the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest or CHOP, was established by activists on June 8, 2020, after Seattle police were ordered by police leadership to abandon the department’s East Precinct during the riots that rocked the Emerald City in the wake of the death of George Floyd. Floyd died in police custody in Minneapolis, Minn. on May 25, 2020. Video of his death emerged, setting off months of riots in the midst of a pandemic.
Zone occupiers refused to allow police into the area. Rapes, robberies, and murders spiked 250 percent in the 6-block area during the occupation. The zone lasted 3 weeks before it was finally broken up by police on July 1, 2020, after two fatal shootings and rioters vandalized then Mayor Durkan’s home.
4- Good news for children and families in Tennessee.
Tennessee legislature passes bill to ban trans surgery on minors
QUOTE: Let’s all give a big hand to Tennessee for this victory!
Tennessee resident Matt Walsh was instrumental in bringing attention to this issue and now Tennessee is about to become one of the few states to outright ban “gender-affirming” child mutilation surgeries.
Now THAT is a victory for conservatives, for families, and for sanity!
Tennessee legislators and Governor Lee worked closely with The Daily Wire’s star in crafting this legislation.
In all likelihood, this bill will be signed by Governor Lee and trans surgeries for kids will be no more in the great state of Tennessee!
This will let kids and families take legal action against gender clinics and physicians who perform this butchery called “gender-affirming care.”
Tennessee also passed a bill in this session that would ban drag and all adult performances with children present.

Arizona
SB 1026 – This bill would restrict the “use of state monies prohibited for drag shows targeting minors.”
SB 1028 – Not allow anyone to “engage in an adult cabaret performance on public property or in a location where an adult cabaret performance could be viewed by a minor.”
SB 1030 – Counties to change their zoning laws to define businesses that hold “drag shows” as adult-oriented.
Arkansas
SB 43 – This bill classifies a drag performance as an adult business similar to pornography, strip clubs and other sexually explicit content and activities. It would outlaw such performances or businesses that stage them on public property or in the proximity of minors, and it would restrict these businesses to areas that children do not frequent.
Florida
SB 222 / HB 305 – These identical bills place “vaccination or immunity status” as a protected class in our civil rights statute, prohibiting discrimination both in the workplace and the public square.
6- If you have not seen this video yet, spend some time to watch this generous act by Benny Johnson, who took the revenues from his YouTube videos to give it to citizens living by the train wreck in East Palestine, Ohio. This happened before Trump, the railroad or anyone from the government helped these people.
