The lobbying efforts also focused on limiting social media posts that urged pharmaceutical companies to renounce their intellectual property rights over COVID-19 vaccines and therapeutics to facilitate the development of low-cost generic equivalents, which would potentially have cost these companies billions of dollars in profits.
In releasing this installment of the “Twitter files,” Fang noted that he “was given some access to Twitter emails” and that the searches for these documents “were carried out by a Twitter attorney,” potentially limiting the information made available to him.

Doctor Calls for Withdrawal of Pfizer, Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines Following New Research

Dr. Joseph Fraiman, a doctor based in Louisiana who also conducts research on COVID-19 and other health issues, says it’s time to halt the administration of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines until new clinical trials prove the benefits from the vaccines outweigh the harms.
The new research, including a reanalysis of the trials for the vaccines, raise concerns about whether the benefits from the vaccines outweigh the harms, according to the doctor.
“I don’t see how anyone couldn’t be certain that the benefits are outweighing the harms on a population level, or even in the high-risk groups. I don’t see the evidence to support that claim,” Fraiman told The Epoch Times. “But I also can’t say that there’s evidence to support that it’s potentially more harmful, but there’s also uncertainty here. … Given that scenario, I believe that people should not be given the [vaccines] outside of a clinical trial, because we need to figure out … if their benefits outweigh harm or if harm outweighs benefits.”
“The only thing that can answer that question is going to be a randomized trial,” he added.
Pfizer and Moderna did not respond to requests for comment.

California’s ‘Misinformation’ Law Targets ‘Doctor Zero’
QUOTE: A new and unconstitutional, Orwellian gag-order law took effect on Jan. 1. Titled “Physicians and surgeons: unprofessional conduct,” the law permits the Medical Board of California to discipline doctors who “disseminate” misinformation.
It’s an obvious and direct attack on the First Amendment—freedom of speech—as well as the Fifth Amendment, which says an individual cannot be compelled by the government to provide incriminating information about himself, and the Fourteenth Amendment’s equal protection under the laws.
This law attempts to mandate a new and undefined standard known as “contemporary scientific consensus” and illegally suppress differing professional opinions counter to this consensus on COVID-19.
Differing professional opinions are of course protected from governmental interference and censorship by the First Amendment. The importance of differing professional opinions is also enshrined in the practice of medicine by the longstanding right and traditional entitlement of patients to the time-honored “second opinion.” If everyone were forced to adopt the undefinable “contemporary scientific consensus,” second opinions could be deemed to be “misinformation.”
As a physician and attorney, I am particularly interested in this law as it is very dangerous for both doctors and patients. It also happens that I am “Doctor Zero,” responsible for triggering California legislators to pass this unconstitutional law.
The transcripts of the committee hearings and bill analyses, mentioning me by name as the founder of America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), can be found at this link. Shockingly, these legislative hearings, particularly on Aug. 30 and May 13, 2022, target a specific individual. Such a deeply flawed legislative history also undermines the bill’s legality.

In the October 2022 version of the FAA Guide for Aviation Medical Examiners, the FAA quietly widened the EKG parameters beyond the normal range (from a PR max of .2 to unlimited). And they didn’t widen the range by a little. They widened it by a lot. It was done after the vaccine rollout.
This is extraordinary. They did it hoping nobody would notice. It worked for a while. Nobody caught it. But you can’t hide these things for long.
This is a tacit admission from the US government that the COVID vaccine has damaged the hearts of our pilots. Not just a few pilots. A lot of pilots and a lot of damage.
The cardiac harm of course is not limited to pilots.
My best guess right now is that over 50M Americans sustained some amount of heart damage from the shot.
That’s a lot of people who will be very upset when they realize the vaccine they took to reduce their chance of dying from COVID actually worked in reverse making it:
1. More likely that people will get COVID
2. Be hospitalized from COVID and other diseases
3. Die from COVID (and other diseases)
4. You also have an excellent chance of getting a lifetime of heart damage for no extra charge.
