Sample Briefs on Sanctions and Ethical Issues in Lawfare
following the 2020 Election.

These are sample briefs that we have written and filed in cases brought against us for filing the four lawsuits challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election because of massive fraud. They address issues related to Rule 11, 28 U.S.C. Section 1927, and the inherent authority of a federal court to issue sanctions in the federal courts in Michigan and Wisconsin–the Sixth and the Seventh Circuits. We have broken them down into the jurisdictions in which they arise. We are also including sample briefing arising out of Sidney Powell’s successful defense of six claims of ethical violations raised against her by the Texas Bar.

As with any sample pleading, it is incumbent upon you or your counsel to conduct your own research for your jurisdiction, compile your unique facts, and update existing research. We hope these documents will be of some help. If you have been attacked by lawfare arising from your defense of a conservative in the 2020 or 2022 elections, please send us any filings that may be of assistance to others, and let us know if we can help you. Send your requests to:
