Dear Patriots,

Several states (“laboratories”) are slowing but steadily making progress on the entrenched leftist agendas.

It is news that is easy to miss but it is important to know this is happening.

Doctors, Scientists Call on Mississippi Officials to Take COVID Vaccines Off the Market

QUOTE: The group of physicians, vaccine-injured people, and whistleblowers speaking at the Mississippi Capitol building on Monday and Tuesday weren’t asking state officials to cease all COVID-19 vaccinations and to convene a grand jury to investigate its rollout in the state. They were demanding it.

“Stop the shots” was the refrain of those who had treated COVID patients over the last three years and those injured by the vaccine.

The medical freedom organization MS Against Mandates (MAM) held the Mississippi Medical Freedom Conference in Jackson, Mississippi, which included over a dozen physicians, several whistleblowers, six physician-confirmed vaccine-injured patients, and two parents whose sons died after receiving the vaccines.

MAM orchestrated the event that gave a voice to many who are being silenced in media and the medical community, such as Dr. Peter McCullough, a practicing internist and cardiologist in Dallas who is also the national medical adviser for MAM.

McCullough told The Epoch Times that the purpose of the three-and-a-half-hour roundtable—chaired by Republican state Rep. Randy Boyd—was primarily to educate Mississippi officials about safety concerns regarding the vaccine.

“The state must pull these products off the market,” McCullough said. “There can be no more administration of the COVID-19 vaccines in the state of Mississippi.”

Georgia Senate Passes Bill To Close Sneaky ‘Zuckbucks 2.0’ Loopholes

QUOTE: The Georgia Senate passed a bill on Thursday that seeks to prohibit local election offices from working around state law to use any kind of private funding to conduct elections.

Known as SB 222, the measure stipulates that all “costs and expenses related to conducting primaries, elections, runoffs, or other undertakings authorized or required by [state law] shall be paid from lawfully appropriated public funds.”

“[N]o county or municipal government, government employee, or election official shall solicit, take, or otherwise accept from any person a contribution, donation, service, or anything else of value for the purpose of conducting primaries or elections or in support of performing his or her duties under this chapter,” the measure reads. If signed into law, any local government or election official who accepted such funds prior to the law’s implementation would be required to return the gift “to the entity which provided such thing of value within 14 days.”

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee Signs Laws to Ban Child Sex Changes, Restrict Drag Performances

QUOTE: Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee has signed into law bills that ban sex change operations, cross-sex hormone therapy, and puberty blockers on children who are attempting to transition, in addition to banning drag performances on public property and in the presence of children.

Republican Gov. Bill Lee signed into law two different bills, one of which bans medical interventions meant to assist attempts by minors to change their sex.

The legislation, which passed through the Tennessee State House by a vote of 77 to 16, allows for a grace period for those who have already begun to attempt a transition. After the period expires, however, the legislation will authorize the attorney general to investigate healthcare providers who violate the ban, who could be fined up to $25,000.

Leftists protested the legislation as it made its way through the state legislature:

Tennessee lawmakers promised to take action after an investigation from Daily Wire host Matt Walsh found that Vanderbilt officials had referred to transitions, particularly sex change operations, as “big money makers”:

The investigation first prompted Republican Gov. Bill Lee to call for an investigation into Vanderbilt University Medical Center in September.

Youngkin’s approval rating at 57% in Virginia in new poll

QUOTE: Fifty-seven percent of Virginians say they approve of the way Gov. Glenn Youngkin is handling his job as governor – an increase of five points since November – according to a new poll published Thursday from Roanoke College.

The new poll also revealed Youngkin’s disapproval rating is down six points from November, standing at 35%. According to pollsters, the numbers “mark Youngkin’s highest approval rating and lowest unfavorable rating recorded by the Roanoke College Poll during his time in office.”

The poll also found the majority of Virginians polled have a favorable view of the direction the state is going. According to polling results, 55% believe the state is headed in the right direction – an eight point increase – and 39% who think things are off track. Pollsters noted a slight partisan gap, with 48% of Democrats and 63% of Republicans believing the state is going in the right direction.

At the national level, just 27% of Virginians believe things are going the right direction, while 69% said they believe “things have gotten off on the wrong track.” There is a 44-point gap in attitudes about whether things are going the right direction among Virginians, with 50% of Democrats and 6% of Republicans thinking things are going in the right direction.

“The story from this poll is that Virginians are more optimistic about the direction things are going in Virginia, though that sentiment does not translate to their feelings about the direction of the country,” Parsons said. “

Lt. Gov. Winsome Sears: ‘We Are Living in a New Brown v. Board of Education’

QUOTE: Winsome Sears is the Lieutenant Governor of Virginia. She is a veteran of the Marine Corps and she is dynamite. She is bringing the veteran mindset to education as she battles the teacher unions. At CPAC on Thursday, she tore the teacher unions apart.

“Too many politicians are listening to teachers unions. Teacher unions are just about the money, just about the dues. They don’t care about the kids. They just care about the dues. And we need to stop catering to them. There are stats to show us by the time a kid goes to college, 65% need remedial education. We are paying for it twice. In school when they should’ve had it and when they go to college for remedial training.”

Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears is so dedicated to school choice that she stated, “If I have to lose the next election so that kids can get a better education, I’ll do it. Education of children is more important than some seat in government.”

Survey: Over Half of Faculty Fear Retaliation for Speaking Freely on Issues

QUOTE: The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) has released a new survey of nearly 1,500 faculty members at four-year colleges in the US. Ideologically The survey of college facultyis consistent with other polls and surveys in showing that over half of the faculty nationwide is afraid to speak freely in the current atmosphere of intolerance and orthodoxy. What is most striking about this and other surveys is that the number of conservatives on faculties is comparably very small. Yet, even liberal faculty now fear backlash for speaking freely in classes or on campus.

More than half of the faculty respondents (52%) indicated they are worried about losing their jobs or reputations over statements that could be misconstrued or attacked. Not surprising, that view is overwhelming among those identifying as conservative with 72% reported that they are “somewhat” or “very” worried. Yet, even 40% of liberal faculty also felt this way.

Polls and surveys show that this fear is now shared by both students and faculty, including arecent poll at MIT. Again, what is notable with this data is that only a small percentage (if any) of faculty self-identify as Republican or conservative. Yet, a significant percentage still fear speaking openly in their own classes or on campuses.

Flynn Sues DOJ, FBI for Malicious Prosecution, Wants $50 Million

QUOTE: Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, former national security adviser to President Donald Trump, has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Justice (DOJ), FBI, and others, alleging he was maliciously prosecuted. He is demanding at least $50 million in compensation.

“Defendant maliciously investigated and prosecuted General Flynn by initiating and continuing a base less counterintelligence investigation and by filing a criminal information lacking probable cause,” says the suit, filed on March 3 with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida (pdf).

The former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Obama administration was investigated by the FBI starting in August 2016 for supposed ties to Russia. In 2017, he was charged with lying to the FBI during an interview earlier that year.

The suit alleges that the FBI, and later prosecutors from the office of special counsel Robert Mueller, investigated and prosecuted him for political reasons, considering him a threat.

“General Flynn—who already had a reputation as a hands-on disruptor at DIA, who had publicly excoriated the politicization of the intelligence community, and who had made clear his desire to overhaul the national security structure and the ‘interagency process’—was a direct threat, not only to the self-interest of entrenched intelligence bureaucracies and the federal officials involved, but to exposing their prior and ongoing efforts to derail and discredit President Trump,” the suit says.
