Dear Patriots,

We know that you are as frustrated as we are by all the conflicting messages.
On one hand you have a government/media demanding that you get an untested and ineffective vaccination.
On the other, you see more and more other evidence that the left’s push to vaxx and mask makes no sense.
Never discussed is natural immunity that millions now have after recovering from Covid-CCP.  The left’s hysteria over the vaccine keeps increasing. They are devising and scheming more ways to get to 100% compliance to their draconian edicts.
Let’s take the supposed overwhelming love and support for Biden. He garnered more votes in a presidential election than anyone ever, or so we have been told.
He is beloved by all for being the one to bring the country together again and stop Covid-CCP. That is what he campaigned on, from his basement.
HOWEVER, if you look, you will find that his poll numbers are sinking to all time lows in less than one year into office.
Across the country, videos taken by regular citizens at all kinds of sporting events and concerts, clearly and loudly express their dislike for Biden.
Even in Democrat strongholds, citizens are protesting in the streets against the unconstitutional Biden mandates.
On every issue there are two hard core options. It is hard to hold the line. But many people are.
We have more brave Americans than we know!
Here are some news items to get you going as we fall into autumn.
1- More and more lawsuits are being brought against the federal mandates and the stripping of our freedoms.

(The Daily Wire)

Federal Workers, U.S. Service Members Sue Biden Admin Over Vaccine Mandates

QUOTE: A group of federal workers, including several members of the military, are suing the Biden administration over a pair of mandates directing all federal workers and military service members to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

“Americans have remained idle for far too long as our nation’s elected officials continue to satisfy their voracious appetites for power,” says the lawsuit, filed by a group of plaintiffs including four Air Force officers and a Secret Service agent.

2- Another draconian plot by the left. What’s next, your infant must be vaccinated or you face a fine?

Louisiana’s largest hospital system will fine employees with unvaccinated spouses $200 a month if they don’t get Covid-19 vaccine by end of month

QUOTE: Louisiana’s largest health system is ratcheting up the pressure to get people vaccinated against and will start fining employees hundreds of dollars each month if they are married to someone who is unvaccinated.

Ochsner Health has told its workers it will charge them a monthly premium of $200 if a spouse or domestic partner covered under an Ochsner health plan have not been vaccinated.  Ochsner has said all employees must be vaccinated by October 29 to keep their jobs.

3- It is almost unheard of that a whistle blower within a Big Tech company gets this much attention.
Facebook whistleblower to accuse company of enabling Capitol riot by turning off safeguards too soon

QUOTE: Facebook executives are preparing for a whistleblower to accuse the network of contributing to the Capitol riot by turning online safeguards off too soon after the presidential election.

The whistleblower, whose identity has not been publicly revealed, is expected to make the fresh allegations and reveal her identity in a bombshell interview with CBS’s Scott Pelley on 60 Minutes on Sunday.

Facebook went into damage control Friday ahead of the interview sending a 1,500-word email to its employees attempting to prepare them for the allegations about to surface.

UPDATE: The Facebook whistleblower is no longer anonymous. She had a full blown interview last night on 60 Minutes.  Frances Haugen has collected a mountain of internal information and research.

Her two main allegations are:
1) that Facebook contributed to the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol by allowing the spread of misinformation and
2) that it knew Instagram was harmful to teens’ mental health but didn’t care.

This will be a story to watch.  Frances is testifying before a Senate subcommittee on Tuesday.

4-  In the real world, this would cause an executive to reevaluate her schools and adjust to keep her customers. The union could send out a survey and ask their customers, a.k.a, parents, what they want from a school.  But, no. That never happens.

(The Daily Wire)

Nat’l Teachers Union Prez Panicked DeSantis Will Trigger Flight To Private Schools. Social Media: ‘Hallelujah’

QUOTE: The powerful head of the American Federation of Teachers, Randi Weingarten, is apparently panicked that the policies of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will trigger parents to pluck their children out of public schools, where Weingarten and her ilk can inculcate their leftist messaging, and place them in private schools instead.

On Thursday, Weingarten referencing an article in the leftist The New Republic that attacked DeSantis for his policies, tweeted, “This isn’t just about masks or about Governor DeSantis’ political aspirations. It’s about the complete destabilization of public education so that parents will choose private schools.

5- This is rare aggressive questioning of Fauci by Fake News.

(Gateway Pundit)

“I’m Vaccinated, But I Also Have Covid – And it Spread Through My Entire Family!” – CNBC Host Grills Fauci on Vaccine ‘Breakthrough’ Cases

QUOTE: “Dr. Fauci, you guys have been pushing the vaccine and I understand why – I’m vaccinated, but I also have Covid and it spread through my entire family in the past few weeks,” CNBC host Sara Eisen said from her home office.

She continued, “And I just wonder about the public messaging around vaccinations. Three vaccinated people got Covid in my house, two unvaccinated children got it. Are you too casual about the limitations of the vaccine? Because it does feel to me that breakthroughs are happening, they’re happening regularly and we haven’t really seen the government pay much attention to them or warn about them!”

Fauci was visibly irritated and tried to interrupt Eisen, but she continued, “We were still able to get it and transmit it! Thank God we’re not in the hospital, I get it, I’m vaccinated but, you can get it and transmit it and the government hasn’t been warning about that!”

Fauci responded in his signature condescending tone.

6-  Biden is losing support among a key Democrat voter block.

Biden’s approval among Black voters plunges more than 20 points in one month

The latest Associated Press/NORC poll numbers were released yesterday and the news wasn’t very encouraging for President Joe Biden or his supporters.

The real eye-openers came with the shift in support along racial lines. Biden is doing slightly worse with white voters, falling from 49% to 42%. But with Black voters, one of the key demographics he relied on in 2020, his support absolutely tanked, dropping from 86% to 64%. It’s hard to imagine this being attributable to much beyond his vaccine mandates and protests against those policies coming from Black Lives Matter.

7- It is a curious thing.
Examining The Democrats’ Determination to Vaccinate Us All

QUOTE: Biden insists that 97%-98% of the population must be vaccinated to end the COVID risk.

That would explain why Biden and his CDC director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, have overruled the CDC’s own advisory panel of experts’ recommendation against booster shots, further politicizing an already fraught issue: Forcing a gene therapy agent onto Americans.

The FDA has an obligation to safeguard the public and it’s failing in that duty considering the fully vaccinated are contracting COVID as a breakthrough illness in too many cases.

We have cheap and effective therapeutic drug therapies that have been proven to defeat this virus, though we are denied their use.  Decisions about therapeutic drugs should be between ourselves and our physicians, free from government interference and the creeping tyranny of the DNC.

Why, are we only given an ineffective so-called genetic vaccine; in a vaccinate or nothing proposition, instead of proven treatment? And why does Biden seem determined to make 98% of the country guinea pigs for a leaky vaccine and endless boosters?

8- There are true and brave heroes all around us. Read about these medical heroes and watch for their information.

(American Greatness)

Heroes of the Pandemic

QUOTE: Meet 15 of the leading physicians and scientists at the forefront of the counter-narrative on COVID-19.

Many highly accomplished and credentialed medical professionals have put their careers and reputations on the line with their public opposition to the failed COVID strategies of the global biomedical complex. For this, the corporate media has done everything it can to discredit them, and suppress their alternative message.

Over  9,100 medical doctors and scientists have signed a document charging policy-makers with potential “crimes against humanity,” accusing them of preventing physicians from providing life-saving treatments for their patients and suppressing open scientific discussion.

9- Speaking of heroes, Americans have rallied to support a soldier demanding accountability from the military.  He has done more than any elected politician in DC.

(The Federalist Papers)

Millions of Dollars Donated or Pledged for Marine Jailed After Criticizing Disastrous Afghan WithdrawalQUOTE: Americans are rallying to the cause of the Marine who dared to speak his mind about the debacle in Afghanistan.

As of Sunday morning, more than $2.2 million had been donated or pledged to help Marine Lt. Col. Stu Scheller, according to a fund-raising page. The amount already exceeds the original goal of $2 million to help Scheller with the costs of his upcoming legal battle as well as supporting his family in the event the military punishes Scheller by stripping away the 17-year veteran’s benefits.

The Pipe Hitter Foundation, which is coordinating the fund drive, said on the page that it “is incredibly proud to assist Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller, a Marine who had the courage to demand accountability from his leadership in the wake of a disastrous exit from Afghanistan that lead to the death of 13 of his fellow service members.”

10- The COVID-CCP shot has a limited effectiveness.  Be prepared to be told to get a booster every six months.

(The Epoch Times)

Vaccine Antibodies Decline 7 Months After Second Shot: US Study

QUOTE: Antibody levels generated by two shots of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine can undergo up to a 10-fold decrease seven months following the second vaccination, research suggests. The drop in antibody levels will compromise the body’s ability to defend itself against COVID-19 if the individual becomes infected.

In a recent BioRxiv study published ahead of peer-review, many recipients of the vaccine displayed substantial waning of antibodies to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, or SARS-CoV-2, and its variants including Delta, Beta, and Mu.

11- This is a brave judge. This is not popular thinking in The Swamp. We are happy for any good news that may help the people caught in the January 6 nightmare.

(CNN)

Judge says DOJ should be ‘even-handed’ in treatment of Capitol rioters

QUOTE: A federal judge said Friday that he believes the Justice Department hasn’t been “even-handed” with President Donald Trump supporters who stormed the US Capitol on January 6, suggesting that they’ve been treated more harshly than the rioters in last year’s racial unrest.

The judge’s rebuke of the Justice Department may be welcomed by Republicans who have argued that the January 6 rioters are being treated unfairly. Prosecutors have pushed back on those claims, and McFadden himself has already rejected one attempt by a January 6 defendant to argue that the charges should be dropped because they were politically motivated.

12- We alerted you to the crumbling of the FBI. Here is more evidence.  Learn who Kash Patel is and what he thinks about the FBI and the Russia Hoax in this five minute interview with Maria Bartiromo.  The transcript and the link are on this substack account.
QUOTE:  Bartiromo: When do you think the FBI figured out this was the Clinton Campaign trying to take down Trump?

Patel: I think they knew right away, and the documents we put out in the Nunes investigation and the Nunes memo and the HPSCI report on Russian active measures show that the FBI knew right away, because the FISA abuse process, now that declassification is complete.

And your viewers can read it, that the FBI knew the evidence was fraudulent, they knew the credibility problems with Christopher Steele and they knew the DNC through Fusion GPS and Perkins Coie were piping in tens of millions of dollars into the machine so that they could get up a FISA warrant into President Trump. I think they knew right away which is why I think the individuals at the FBI need to be held accountable.

The parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect. Except as otherwise provided herein, the arbitrator shall apply the substantive laws of the Federal Judicial Circuit in which Our principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Within ten (10) calendar days after the arbitration demand is served upon a party, the parties must jointly select an arbitrator with at least five (5) years’ experience in that capacity and who has knowledge of and experience with the subject matter of the dispute. If the parties do not agree on an arbitrator within ten (10) calendar days, either party may petition the AAA to appoint an arbitrator, who must satisfy the same experience requirement. Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results, of any arbitration without the prior written consent of both parties, unless to protect or pursue a legal right. If any term or provision of this Section is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Section or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial. This arbitration provision shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.

Miscellaneous: You warrant and represent to Us that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any new features, changes, updates, or improvements of the Program shall be subject to these Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
