AZ Judge Sets Schedule For Kari Lake Lawsuit Against Maricopa County – Motion To Dismiss Due By Thursday – Tentative Trial Scheduled for Next Week
QUOTE: Kari Lake appeared in court Tuesday for an Emergency Hearing in her lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County Elections officials, contesting the stolen Midterm Election in Arizona.
Judge Peter Thompson ordered today’s emergency hearing for scheduling purposes regarding this bombshell filing.
As reported earlier, Judge Peter Thompson ordered Kari Lake and Defendants Katie Hobbs, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and Elections Directors to appear in court in Kari Lake’s election contest lawsuit against them.
According to Save America attorney Christina Bobb, the County was given until Thursday to file a motion to dismiss, and Lake’s response is due on Saturday.
The trial is set for next week- oral argument on 12/19. Trial set for 12/21 and 12/22.

DeSantis to investigate Covid vaccine-related injuries
QUOTE: During a Tuesday morning roundtable with health regarding Covid-19 mRNA vaccine accountability, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced that he will be petitioning for a statewide grand jury to investigate “any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to Covid-19 vaccines.”
“Today, I’m announcing a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to Covid-19 vaccines,” DeSantis announced.
“We anticipate that we will get the approval for that, that will be something that will be impaneled most likely in the Tampa Bay area, and that will come with legal processes that will be able to get more information and to bring legal accountability for those who committed misconduct.”
Additionally, DeSantis announced additional surveillance and research into adverse reactions to the Covid-19 vaccines.
“It is a question that I’m sure keeps the CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna up late at night hoping no one ever looks, but we’re going to look here in Florida.”

Sen. Lankford Threatens to Delay DOD Nominations Over Vaccine Mandates
QUOTE: Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., pledged this week to block any of President Joe Biden’s nominations for the U.S. Department of Defense until the White House explains why it hasn’t acknowledged “tens of thousands” of COVID-19 vaccine-exemption requests from military service members.
During a Monday press call, Lankford told The Daily Signal “this is not over.”
He said the Pentagon has a clearly defined process for making decisions based on religious accommodations.
And yet, thousands of service members have yet to receive clarity on their religious-exemption requests involving the vaccine mandate.
“This one just seems to be hanging out there,” Lankford told The Daily Signal, while characterizing the Pentagon’s response delay as “absurd.”
Two weeks ago, Lankford made a similar statement about the Department of Defense, tweeting, “I’ve demanded answers on why the Biden [administration] has granted almost none of the thousands of religious exemption requests for military vaccine mandates.
“With no adequate response, I announced a hold on DOD nominees. Partial concessions in the NDAA won’t be enough — we need the truth,” added Lankford, a member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

Every morning, these august organs set the narrative for newsrooms across the country, and yet, time and again, we see them ignore stories that don’t suit their own agenda as propaganda purveyors for the Democratic Party and the security state.
This has been obvious in their non-coverage of Elon Musk’s Twitter Files, four batches over 10 days so far, which have revealed a chilling censorship regime at the social media giant, which no doubt is replicated across Big Tech, including at Facebook and Google.
We see evidence of what we long suspected, despite Twitter former CEO Jack Dorsey’s lies to Congress: Conservatives and medical professionals were silenced, as part of a crackdown on effective dissent against the government. From The Post’s Hunter Biden laptop stories and criticism of the Biden administration’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal to Dr. Anthony Fauci’s bogus edicts on masks, lockdowns and the origins of COVID, censorship has been the order of the day. That should be a story of interest to journalists at the Times and WaPo.
If anything is an existential threat to democracy, it is Big Tech’s assault on free speech, in service to one side of politics and under the instruction of intelligence operatives determined to rig elections against recalcitrant Republicans. In fact, the lead agency tasked with election security, the FBI, is revealed as a prime culprit.
The best description for what the Times and WaPo are doing is “totschweigetaktik,” a great German word for “death by silence,” a tactic to kill ideas or news stories by ignoring them.
