Dear Patriots,

Rejoice in the good news that is out there but hidden from view.

Rejoice in the abundant supply of very good people who call themselves American.

Rejoice that our judicial system is still working.

1- This is what living in a state with a true leader looks like. DeSantis is fiscally responsible and has a massive “rainy day budget”. This result is what we know is possible. As Americans, we can work together to provide solutions to very big problems.  There are no stories about Florida, Hurricane Ian, Sanibel, Fort Myers or DeSantis on any Fake News. THAT is exactly how you know that Governor DeSantis’ response to a major hurricane has been remarkable.

This is not to imply that everything is back to normal or that everyone has been made whole. There is still much work to be done. With conservative leadership it will happen and Florida is on track by restoring the infrastructure quickly.

Holy Cats, They Did It – The Temporarily Rebuilt Sanibel Causeway Opens Allowing Emergency Vehicles to Reach Sanibel Island

QUOTE: No one imagined this was feasible. Every expert put the timeline for repair at around a year.  However, the git r’ done crews and the Florida Dept of Transportation have accomplished a massive feat of reconstruction in phenomenal time.  Major kudos to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the construction crews who worked every hour of every day, day and night, for two straight weeks and have created/built a temporary bridge to Sanibel Island.

Trust me, having seen the aftermath, this is absolutely remarkable.

The rapid response construction crews just kept bringing truck after truck of everything imaginable including rocks, concrete slabs, gravel, sand and more to fill in the missing parts of the roadway and spoil islands.  Then they surfaced the road and are now working on paving it in record time.  Today restoration emergency crews drove across the bridges, and they anticipate opening the causeway to residents of Sanibel for civilian use on October 21st.

2- Very impressive work by many good Americans to pull this off so quickly.

Rapid Recovery: Over 99% Have Power Restored in Florida

QUOTE: Rapid recovery efforts are still underway in Florida following Hurricane Ian’s landfall which hit the west coast portion of the state, as residents finally have access to battered areas and over 99 percent have power restored, according to Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).

3- When you feel that you are the last normal person in America, remember this: sales for a homosexual Superman comic have been so bad it has been cancelled.

Note to the left: stop messing with iconic American stories and make up your own; otherwise you just appear stupidly uncreative.

DC Comics Cancels Gay Superman Comic Due to Dismal Sales

QUOTE: DC Comics has announced the end of its woke “Superman: Son of Kal-El” series at New York Comic-Con as sales for the title continue to tank.

The series, by writer Tom Taylor, was launched with great fanfare a year ago but has not stood the test of comic book sales. The series will end after only 18 issues, with its final new book hitting stands in December, according to Bounding Into Comics.

Unfortunately for woke comics fans, DC’s bisexual Superman who fights climate deniers totally bombed in sales.

4- The good news is that we live in a country comprised of 50 state experiments. When you do not like the mess created by leftist Democrat rule, you may leave to find a place that still allows freedom to citizens.

Tyson foods joins Caterpillar and Boeing in ditching Chicago amid huge crime wave

QUOTE: Tyson Foods has become the latest company to shutter its Chicago-area offices in response to rampant crime seen under progressive Mayor Lori Lightfoot, joining Boeing, Caterpillar, and several others to turn tail and flee the Windy City.

The chicken giant made the bombshell announcement Wednesday, revealing it’s bringing together its corporate employees at its global headquarters in Arkansas, and closing down three of its offices, including one in Downtown Chicago.

The other two include a location in nearby Downers Grove, a suburb just outside the city, and in Dakota Dunes in South Dakota.

Roughly 1,000 employees work in the three locations collectively. Relocation will begin early next year, Tyson CEO Donnie King said in a release announcing the decision.

5- The Durham investigation moves along at a snail pace. This is a bombshell revelation, adding more proof to the massive Clinton collusion to frame President Trump. There has never been any evidence that there was a conspiracy between Trump and Russia. Now it is revealed, in court, that the FBI was so desperate they offered the spy who made up the dossier $1 million to prove the unprovable.

Senior FBI Analyst: Bureau Offered Christopher Steele $1 Million to Corroborate Dossier

QUOTE: The FBI offered former British spy Christopher Steele “up to $1 million” if he could prove the claims in his infamous dossier, according to a senior FBI analyst’s testimony on Tuesday in Special Counsel John Durham’s criminal probe into the origins of Russiagate.

FBI supervisory counterintelligence analyst Brian Auten’s testimony came during the first day of Durham’s criminal trial against Igor Danchenko. Danchenko, a paid FBI informant and Steele’s primary source for the dossier, is accused of lying to the FBI.

Auten interviewed Danchenko and Steele as part of the bureau’s Crossfire Hurricane team investigating an alleged connection between former President Donald Trump and Russia.

Auten testified the FBI offered Steele “up to $1 million,” which was ultimately never paid because Steele could not substantiate the claims made in his dossier.

Supreme Court Backs Republican in Pennsylvania Mail-In Ballots Case

QUOTE: The Supreme Court on Tuesday vacated an appeals court decision that required Pennsylvania to count mail-inballots even if there is no date on the envelope.

“The judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit with instructions to dismiss the case as moot,” wrote Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson (pdf), siding with David Ritter, an unsuccessful Republican candidate for a judgeship.

They also threw out a U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals’ ruling that allowed the counting of mail-in ballots in the race that Ritter had sought to remove because voters did not write the date on the ballots. Ritter lost his 2021 bid to serve on the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas after 257 mail-in ballots that didn’t have dates were counted.

Pennsylvania Republican legislators and conservatives filed amicus briefs saying the 3rd Circuit’s ruling threatened the integrity of the 2022 midterm elections.

But the Supreme Court’s action on Tuesday means that the 3rd Circuit ruling cannot be used as a precedent in the three states covered by this regional federal appellate court—Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware—to allow the counting of ballots with minor flaws such as the voter failing to fill in the date. Vacating the ruling does not change Ritter’s loss in his race.

7- Another important ruling on mail-in voting by Delaware court.

Delaware Court Strikes Down State’s Voting-by-Mail Law

QUOTE: A state court blocked voting by mail in Delaware on Sept. 14 after ruling that the state’s mail-in voting practices violate the Delaware Constitution.

Barring further judicial or legislative action, the ruling means mail-in voting will not be available in the upcoming general elections in Delaware on Nov. 8.

Republicans were critical of mail-in voting measures enacted at the height of the pandemic and accused election officials across the country of ignoring the U.S. Constitution and state constitutions by allowing it and promoting it heavily to the public. They claim this departure from the usual election procedures allowed Democrats to cheat.

The Democratic-controlled Delaware General Assembly hurriedly passed the voting-by-mail law in June after failing to secure enough Republican support to amend the state constitution to enshrine the policy. Lawmakers previously approved a separate voting-by-mail law during the pandemic in 2020, invoking emergency powers that allowed the statute to escape the usual constitutional scrutiny.

Wisconsin Judge Smacks Down Leftists’ Bid To Ignore A Law Requiring Witness Information On Absentee Ballots

QUOTE: A Wisconsin judge rejected an attempt by a left-wing group to allow the counting of invalid absentee ballots on Friday, with the ruling coming ahead of the state’s upcoming fall elections.

“This lawsuit was a desperate attempt by extreme leftwing groups to enable the counting of invalid ballots in the upcoming election,” said RITE President and CEO Derek Lyons in a statement. “RITE’s work to secure the correct outcome in this case is another in a string of victories for Wisconsin voters and for transparency, consistency, and integrity in elections across the state.”

According to a RITE representative, the attempt to get a temporary injunction was requested by the group known as RISE Inc., which was represented by Russia collusion hoaxer Marc Elias’s firm, the Elias Law Group.

A long-time left-wing activist, Elias has spent decades attempting to interfere in U.S. elections to benefit the Democrat Party.

Mike Lindell Sending 20,000 Free Pillows and Blankets to Hurricane Victims. What Are the Stores That Cancelled Him Sending?

QUOTE: The Post Millenial is reporting that Mike Lindell, CEO of MyPillow, is sending roughly 20,000 of his blankets, pillows, and Children’s Bible Pillows to those who were pounded by Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers, Fla. He’s even showing up himself to help hand them out.

I tweeted a handful of stores that canceled Lindell and his products to see what they were donating. Thus far, I’ve heard crickets. This isn’t Lindell’s first rodeo. He sent pillows to Kentucky tornado victims and Canadian trucker protestors in Ottawa last winter.Lindell produced a documentary, “Absolute Proof,” in which he laid out how he believed Trump was cheated in the 2020 election. He followed it up with “Absolute Interference.”

Retail stores aren’t alone in their persecution of Lindell. The FBI recently trapped his car at a fast-food drive-thru and purloined his cell phone.
