Dear Patriots,

We asked for your support and you responded in a huge way.  Thank you!

We really appreciate your support in all its forms. We find ourselves in a new battle every day as we take on the massive corruption that has stolen our votes for decades and that infests our governments at every level.

The closer we get to exposing more evidence of the decades of crimes, the more attacks we face on our organization and on our lawyers. It’s an organized assault by the left that includes the weaponization of federal agencies, state agencies, and bar associations–to name a few.

We also appreciate your prayers and your sharing of information.

1- Democrats are rapidly losing their base as the reality of leftist policy hits everyone hard.

Democrats Are in Big Trouble With Their Dedicated Base According to New Focus Group Data

QUOTE: Politico published some hand wringing this morning about the distress in the Democrats’ base. As it turns out, two key constituencies are not all that happy with President Joe Biden, leading to concern ahead of a predicted red wave in November. According to Ryan Lizza and Eugene Daniels in Tuesday’s Playbook:

HIT Strategies has been conducting weekly focus groups to find out in real time how Americans are processing events in 2022. On Monday night we watched discussions with two different subgroups of partisan Democrats assembled by the firm: “Black Base, Always vote for Dems, Ages 25+” and “Youth Base; Always vote for Dems, Ages 25 – 39.”

There were significant differences within and between the two groups of nine voters. But there were some broad takeaways.

— A preoccupation with inflation and crime.

— Exhaustion with pandemic restrictions.

— Cynicism about politics.

— Deep frustration that President JOE BIDEN and Democrats have failed to deliver on their early promises.

— Sympathy for Ukraine mixed with a lack of enthusiasm for Biden spending too much time and money on the issue.

— Ambiguity about how important Jan. 6 should be for Democrats in the midterms.

The focus groups dispensed with the fiction that voters only care about unemployment numbers or economic growth when they pay significantly more for groceries and gas personally. According to Lizza and Daniels, participants used words like “exhausted,” “uptight,” “unsure,” “concerned,” and “anxious” to describe their feelings about the current environment.

2- Louisiana is suing Zuckerberg for his illegal actions in the 2020 election.

Court Reinstates Louisiana AG’s Lawsuit Against Zuckerberg’s Election-Meddling Group

QUOTE: Last week, a Louisiana appellate court reinstated Attorney General Jeff Landry’s lawsuit challenging Mark Zuckerberg’s infiltration of the state election system with private “Zuck Bucks” that flooded the country during the 2020 election.

In reversing the trial court decision, the appellate court did not declare the Zuckbuck funding of elections illegal but left that to the court below to decide. However, the appellate court’s decision highlighted that “the Louisiana Constitution provides that the secretary of state is the ‘chief election officer of the state,'” and that “he shall prepare and certify the ballots for all elections, promulgate all election returns, and administer the election laws, except those relating to voter registration and custody of voting machines.” The appellate court further stressed that “the secretary of state is also responsible for paying all election costs and expenses.”

This analysis supports Landry’s argument in the underlying lawsuit that because Louisiana’s election laws are “comprehensive and exclusive” and provide for the state “funding of elections and election costs” “the use of private money to fund elections in the State of Louisiana” is illegal. But that will be a question for the lower court to determine on remand.

3- More states are banning what Zuckerberg did in 2020.

Mississippi joins states limiting outside election funding

QUOTE- Mississippi is the latest Republican-led state to ban election offices from accepting donations from private groups for voting operations — a movement fueled by conservatives’ suspicion of donations by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in 2020.

Mississippi Republican Gov. Tate Reeves signed House Bill 1365 on Friday, and it will become law July 1. It says state or local officials who conduct elections cannot solicit or accept donations from any private group for “voter education, voter outreach or voter registration programs.”

Reeves said in a video posted to Facebook on Monday that he was “deeply disturbed by big tech’s attempt to influence the 2020 elections.”

4- A great win for a January 6 defendant.
Federal judge acquits Jan 6 defendant who argued police allowed him to enter Capitol
QUOTE: A January 6 defendant has been acquitted on all charges after the judge found that the man “reasonably believed” Capitol police let him into the building.
On January 6, 2021, Matthew Martin of New Mexico joined thousands of fellow Trump supporters in storming the US Capitol in Washington, DC.

Many, including Martin, were subsequently charged for their actions, and some were found guilty. Martin, however, has had all charges against him dropped after proving that he was under the impression that police had allowed him to enter the Capitol

US District Judge Trevor McFadden ruled on Wednesday that Martin “reasonably believed” that the fact Capitol Police did not try to stop him from entering the Capitol gave him permission to do just that.
