Dear Patriots,
There are numerous side stories going on in the world about the reaction to Covid-CCP and related issues.
Here are updates on a few of these issues.
As so often happens in these tumultuous times, there is Breaking News by the hour. It is our policy to give such events a day or so to settle out before commenting.

Judge Orders FDA to Speed Up Release of COVID-19 Vaccine Trial Data From 23.5 Years to Just 2
QUOTE: A federal judge in Texas this week ordered the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to make public data it relied on to license COVID-19 vaccines—Moderna’s for adults and Pfizer’s for children—at an accelerated rate, requiring all documents to be made public by mid-2025 rather than, as the FDA wanted, over the course of around 23.5 years.
In a decision hailed as a win for transparency by the lawyer representing the plaintiffs (the parents of a child injured by a COVID-19 vaccine) in a lawsuit (pdf) against the FDA, the Texas judge ordered the FDA to produce the data about ten times faster than the agency wanted.“Democracy dies behind closed doors,” is how U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman opened his order, issued on May 9, which requires the FDA to produce the data on Moderna’s and Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccines at an average rate of at least 180,000 pages per month.
The FDA had argued it would be “impractical” to release the estimated 4.8 million pages at more than between 1,000 and 16,000 pages per month, which would have taken at least 23.5 years.
2- At least once a week we see a political leader denying the edicts they forced on us during the Covid-CCP siege. We need to always remember what they did to the world with their completely wrong policies. These policies were clearly ill-advised, proven to be so by the backpeddling we are witnessing from everyone involved.
Top Officials Who Pushed Aggressive COVID-19 Policies Now Try to Rewrite History
QUOTE: Some of the people most strongly associated with promoting lockdown measures during the COVID-19 pandemic have recently sought to recast their positions, including Anthony Fauci, former leader of the federal COVID-19 response, teachers’ union head Randi Weingarten, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Fauci seemed eager to shirk responsibility for the lockdowns when talking to The New York Times last week. Fauci hardly missed an opportunity for a media spotlight, accepting accolades for supposedly leading the country through the crisis.Fauci boasted in October 2020 that, early in the pandemic, it was he who recommended that President Donald Trump “shut the country down.”
“Records can be shown to demonstrate Fauci’s undeniable leadership on decisions that led to substantial pain for otherwise healthy and productive Americans,” said Michael Chamberlain, director of Protect the Public’s Trust, a group that pushes for government transparency and impartiality.
Randi Weingarten, head of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), recently told Congress that the union advocated for school reopening from early on in the pandemic. In practice, however, Weingarten always appeared to demand more to be done before schools could be opened “safely.”
“The efforts to rewrite history by those who advocated for severe restrictions and school closures are absolutely galling, especially considering their documented roles in forming those very policies they are running from now,” Chamberlain told The Epoch Times.
“They pushed for the lockdowns that destroyed lives and livelihoods, pressed to keep students out of schools while parents watched their kids deteriorate academically, physically, and socially-emotionally, some to the point of suicide.”
National testing showed a dramatic drop in test scores after children finally returned to classrooms.
Meanwhile, hotline calls regarding children and domestic violence went up more than 50 percent during the initial lockdown months, and reports of predators enticing minors online almost doubled in 2020. Suspected suicides by self-poisoning increased by 30 percent in 2021 compared with 2019, an April paper revealed.
Meanwhile, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau claimed last week that he never forced anyone to get the vaccine, although he “chose to make sure that all the incentives and all the protections were there to encourage Canadians to get vaccinated.”
“This is precisely why the public’s trust in government has fallen off a cliff during the pandemic,” Chamberlain said.
3- For all the injury from the injections, it seems they did little to no good in protecting anyone from Covid-CCP deaths.
Messenger RNA COVID-19 Vaccines Had No Effect on Overall Mortality: Trial Data Reanalysis
QUOTE: The Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines did not impact overall mortality, a reanalysis of clinical trial data found.
The two vaccines, both based on messenger RNA (mRNA) technology, protected against deaths from COVID-19 but that effect was offset by vaccinated trial participants being more likely to die from cardiovascular problems, Christine Stabell Benn, a health professor at the University of Southern Denmark, and other researchers reported in April in the Cell journal.
On the other hand, vaccines that utilized adenoviruses, such as the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, had a favorable impact on both COVID-19 mortality and overall mortality, according to the reanalysis.
The research analyzed data from randomized clinical trials (RCTs) reported by the companies that manufacture the vaccines.
“In the RCTs with the longest possible blinded follow-up, mRNA vaccines had no effect on overall mortality despite protecting against some COVID-19 deaths. On the other hand, the adenovirus-vector vaccines were associated with lower overall mortality,” researchers said.
“The differences in the effects of adenovirus-vector and mRNA vaccines on overall mortality, if true, would have a major impact on global health,” they added later.
Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and AstraZeneca did not respond to requests for comment.
4- More countries are now quietly compensating their citizens who have been injured by forced injections.
The $1billion battle for Covid jab justice: How 90 British families left bereaved or disabled after getting AstraZeneca’s vaccine are fighting for compensation to avoid financial ruin… and they insist they are NOT anti-vax
QUOTE: Britain’s compensation bill for victims killed or maimed by AstraZeneca’s Covid jab could theoretically exceed $1billion, MailOnline can reveal.
Around 90 families, who allege they were harmed by the jab, are currently pursuing legal action against the pharmaceutical titan, claiming the vaccine was essentially a defective product.Lawyers representing the claimants believe that some of the cases could be worth up to £20m in compensation, which is roughly 160 times more than the £120,000 Government support available. They hope to be able to prove that the vaccine was to blame in court.
Bereaved families eligible for the sum have also hit out at how long it takes for them to be given the cash, despite having all the necessary paperwork. Some have faced 18-month waits for a decision.
AstraZeneca’s jab was approved by UK regulators at the close of 2020, in a spark of hope as the nation endured a Christmas in lockdown.
In the months that followed, millions rolled up their sleeves to get the vaccine.
Many were struck down by vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT), which can cause deadly blood clots.
Others developed Guillain-Barre syndrome, when the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own nerves. This can, in extreme cases, cause paralysis.
Around 90 individuals and families who claim to have been affected by the jab’s rare side effects are taking action against AstraZeneca under the Consumer Protection Act, although more may join in the coming months as further cases come to light.
Lawyers representing the group are arguing that the jab, given as two doses spread up to 12 weeks apart, was essentially ‘defective’, in the sense that it was not as safe as people taking it were entitled to expect.
5- Here is an article full of studies that show the lowly aspirin may have been a life saver during Covid-CCP. It was maligned and ignored by “the experts” along with other tested, easily accessible and inexpensive treatments.
Could Aspirin Have Cut COVID Deaths in Half?
QUOTE: Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) was introduced in 1899 as an alternative to sodium salicylate,1 a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory known for its unpleasant side effects such as stomach cramps, heartburn, nausea and vomiting. It’s been a staple medicine in most households ever since and is frequently recommended as a remedy to control inflammation and prevent blood clots that can lead to stroke and heart attack.
Aspirin could also have helped limit the pandemic death toll, had it not been downplayed and overlooked. Many news outlets and COVID-specific websites warned against the use of aspirin for COVID infection, saying it could cause serious bleeding.
While bleeding is a potential side effect, aspirin is no riskier than other anticoagulants, such as heparin, which was recommended by the National Institutes of Health.5
According to research6 published in April 2021, aspirin significantly reduced COVID-19 patients’ need for mechanical ventilation, ICU admission and subsequent mortality. Chow and his team reviewed the charts of 412 patients, 23.7% of whom had either received aspirin within 24 hours of admission, or had taken aspirin for at least seven days prior to admission, and 76.3% who did not.
Based on this research, it appears COVID-19-related hospital deaths could have been cut nearly in half, had aspirin been routinely used.
After adjusting for several confounding variables, including comorbidities, aspirin was independently associated with a:
• 44% decreased risk for mechanical ventilation
• 43% reduced risk for ICU admission
• 47% decrease in hospital mortality
6- Ending on a positive note, it took two years for three teachers to be made whole after being fired for refusing the injection based on religious exemption.
Fired Barrington teachers settle with School Committee, offered their jobs back
QUOTE: The Barrington School Committee has settled with the three teachers who were fired after they failed to follow the district’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate.
The district announced the settlement in a press release on Thursday afternoon, May 11.
As part of the settlement, the three teachers — Brittany DiOrio, Stephanie Hines and Kerri Thurber — have been offered their jobs back.
“The three teachers have the opportunity to return to teaching positions within the Barrington School District should they choose to do so, at the steps they would have been at had they worked continuously,” stated the release.
The Barrington School District will also extend a payment to DiOrio, Thurber and Hines — each will receive $33,333. In addition, the teachers will receive backpay. Hines will receive $65,000, Thurber will receive $128,000 and DiOrio will receive $150,000.
As part of the settlement, the district will also pay $50,000 to the teachers’ lawyer, Greg Piccirilli, for attorney fees.
Piccirilli said the settlement was a vindication for his clients. “This is immensely gratifying,” Piccirilli said, in an interview Thursday afternoon. “They (his clients) have been proven right. They’ve been vindicated. Their position was right and the (School) Committee has paid a price for it.”
Piccirilli said the nearly two-year-long ordeal has been difficult for his clients. He said their faith helped them press on throughout the lengthy process. “They all have tremendous faith,” Piccirilli said. “It all started with their faith. They found their strength in their fait
