1- Late yesterday afternoon, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled in favor of Republicans challenging how incomplete mail-in ballots are counted.
PA Supreme Court Releases Game Changing Ruling on Undated Mail Ballots
QUOTE: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday sided with an argument made by Republicans in their lawsuit seeking to prevent the counting of improperly completed ballots in next week’s general election, throwing out a lower court’s ruling that would have allowed PA election officials to count absentee and mail-in ballots that were not correctly dated and signed.
PA’s Supreme Court justices vacated the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision that would have allowed the counting of ballots that were not completed as the Keystone State election laws require, and ruled that the “Pennsylvania county boards of elections are hereby ordered to refrain from counting any absentee and mail-in ballots received for the November 8, 2022 general election that are contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes.”
RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel celebrated the win in Pennsylvania as “massive” for “election integrity.”
At the time the lawsuit was filed to ensure only mail ballots filled out in accordance with Pennsylvania’s election laws were counted, a joint statement from RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, NRCC Chairman Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN), PAGOP Chairman Lawrence Tabas noted that, “as the Pennsylvania legislature and U.S. Supreme Court have made clear, undated mail-in ballots should not be counted” and pledged that “Republicans are holding Pennsylvania Democrats accountable for their brazen defiance of the Supreme Court and the rules duly set by the legislature.”
“Pennsylvania Democrats have a history of election integrity failures and Pennsylvanians deserve better,” the joint statement continued. “This lawsuit is the latest step in Republican efforts to promote free, fair, and transparent elections in the Keystone State.” And now, their argument has won in Pennsylvania’s highest court.
2- The Libertarian candidate in the Arizona Senate race has stepped out of the race and given his endorsement to Republican Blake Masters. On top of that, Ron Paul has also endorsed Masters. We urge Libertarians to work with Republicans and not vote for the Libertarian candidates.

QUOTE from NYTIMES: The Libertarian candidate running for Senate in Arizona — who had threatened to play spoiler in the closely watched race — is dropping out and endorsing Blake Masters, the Republican nominee.
The decision, announced on Tuesday, gives Mr. Masters a lift heading into the final week as he seeks to unseat Senator Mark Kelly, the Democratic incumbent, who has generally held a narrow lead in the polls.
“This is another major boost of momentum as we consolidate our support,” Mr. Masters said in a statement to The New York Times.
“I found Blake to be generally supportive of the Live and Let Live Global Peace Movement,” Mr. Victor said in a statement. “After that discussion, I believe it is in the best interests of freedom and peace to withdraw my candidacy and enthusiastically support Blake Masters for United States Senate.”
Blake Masters has wholeheartedly endorsed positions very favorable to libertarians. He has indicated he will be extremely in favor of gun rights and extremely against Covid mandates and vaccine tyranny.
3- We are heartsick that these two courageous people have been jailed for refusing to reveal the names of others involved in their investigation into Konnech. Please keep Catherine and Gregg in your prayers.
Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Phillips Put in Jail for Refusing to Outline Sources Who Revealed Konnech U.S. Election Data Transfer to China
QUOTE: True the Vote founder Catherine Englebrecht and election data security analyst, Gregg Phillips, have been held in contempt of court and placed in jail for failing to outline the participants in a 2020 hotel discussion that revealed the Konnech election data compromise that was transmitted to Chinese networks.
On October 4th, the CEO of Konnech – a company specializing in proprietary PollChief software to manage election workers – was arrested. Konnech Corporation Chief Executive Officer Eugene Yu was arrested for exploiting access to U.S. election data, including election worker information, and transferring the files to China.
The information that led to Yu’s arrest was the information given to the FBI and first revealed to Englebrecht and Phillips. However, the Konnech corporation filed a civil lawsuit against Englebrecht and Phillips claiming defamation. A Texas federal judge allowed the civil lawsuit to continue despite the arrest of Eugene Yu.
Federal Judge Kenneth Hoyt demanded that Phillips and Englebrecht reveal the names of everyone who was in a hotel room when the original data files were presented to True the Vote. Englebrecht and Phillips stated they did not ever possess the data file, do not have it and refused to name all the participants who may have seen it. Today Judge Hoyt threw them in jail until Englebrecht and Phillips give up the names.
4- This article from far left, The Atlantic, is framing an argument that we should forgive and forget all the garbage forced on everyone due to Covid-CCP.
Now that more and more of the left’s horrific misuse of power and abject ignorance has been exposed, they want to simply overlook what they did. Not a chance!
We will NOT forget or forgive their actions. MANY of us were NOT in the dark but were silenced, shamed and ruined by the left for offering alternative approaches.
Let’s Declare a Pandemic Amnesty

The people who got it right, for whatever reason, may want to gloat. Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesn’t accord with the facts. All of this gloating and defensiveness continues to gobble up a lot of social energy and to drive the culture wars, especially on the internet. These discussions are heated, unpleasant and, ultimately, unproductive. In the face of so much uncertainty, getting something right had a hefty element of luck. And, similarly, getting something wrong wasn’t a moral failing. Treating pandemic choices as a scorecard on which some people racked up more points than others is preventing us from moving forward.
We have to put these fights aside and declare a pandemic amnesty. We can leave out the willful purveyors of actual misinformation while forgiving the hard calls that people had no choice but to make with imperfect knowledge. Moving on is crucial now, because the pandemic created many problems that we still need to solve.
Rather than debating the role that messaging about COVID vaccines had in this decline, we need to put all our energy into bringing these rates back up. Pediatricians and public-health officials will need to work together on community outreach, and politicians will need to consider school mandates.
Let’s acknowledge that we made complicated choices in the face of deep uncertainty, and then try to work together to build back and move forward.

Leaked Documents Outline DHS’s Plans to Police Disinformation
QUOTE: The Department of Homeland Security is quietly broadening its efforts to curb speech it considers dangerous, an investigation by The Intercept has found. Years of internal DHS memos, emails, and documents — obtained via leaks and an ongoing lawsuit, as well as public documents — illustrate an expansive effort by the agency to influence tech platforms.
The work, much of which remains unknown to the American public, came into clearer view earlier this year when DHS announced a new “Disinformation Governance Board”: a panel designed to police misinformation (false information spread unintentionally), disinformation (false information spread intentionally), and malinformation (factual information shared, typically out of context, with harmful intent) that allegedly threatens U.S. interests. While the board was widely ridiculed, immediately scaled back, and then shut down within a few months, other initiatives are underway as DHS pivots to monitoring social media now that its original mandate — the war on terror — has been wound down.
Behind closed doors, and through pressure on private platforms, the U.S. government has used its power to try to shape online discourse. According to meeting minutes and other records appended to a lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, a Republican who is also running for Senate, discussions have ranged from the scale and scope of government intervention in online discourse to the mechanics of streamlining takedown requests for false or intentionally misleading information.
“Platforms have got to get comfortable with gov’t. It’s really interesting how hesitant they remain,” Microsoft executive Matt Masterson, a former DHS official, texted Jen Easterly, a DHS director, in February.

WSJ: GOP has the edge on leadership, economy, enthusiasm — and direction
QUOTE: Look past the topline number on this latest — and presumably final — generic ballot poll from the Wall Street Journal, which may not look terribly spectacular at the moment. An R+2 barely even pops in this field, coming in under the RCP average lead of 2.8 points for the GOP.
Keep two other points in mind. Who’s leading in enthusiasm? And what do respondents think about the direction of the country and economy? That, and one other related issue, makes this a fairly significant entry into the midterm red-wave sweepstakes:

The survey, conducted about two weeks before Election Day, suggests that abortion rights are less important in voting decisions than voters indicated in the summer, after the Supreme Court in June ended the federal constitutional right to abortion. Republicans have regained momentum since then and now hold a slight edge over Democrats, 46% to 44%, when voters are asked which party they would support in their congressional district if the election were held today. …
While the two-point Republican lead is within the poll’s margin of error of plus or minus 2.5 percentage points, it also marks a meaningful improvement for the GOP since The Journal’s last survey, in August, when Democrats held a three-point advantage on which party voters would back for Congress. Republican voters also show more enthusiasm to vote than do Democrats, the survey finds.
The shift in preference for the GOP comes as views of the economy have turned more dour than at any point in the past year. Only 19% say the economy is headed in the right direction, down 11 percentage points from August, while 71% say the economy is on the wrong track.
First off, forget the margin of error in generic congressional ballot results. These don’t predict individual wins but rather the overall momentum in elections. The question in these polls is whether Republicans can get inside of the structural advantage Democrats traditionally get in such polling. Anything better than a D+4 usually means gains for the GOP.

79 percent of voters describe the US as ‘out of control’
QUOTE: Nearly 8 in 10 Americans describe the current state of affairs in the U.S. as “out of control,” according to a new CBS News-YouGov poll.
The poll, published on Sunday, found that 79 percent of respondents believe things are “out of control” in the country, while 21 percent of those surveyed believe things are “under control.”
When asked how they feel about the state of the U.S. today, 73 percent of respondents said things are going badly in the country, while 36 percent of those surveyed said things are going well, according to the poll.
Along political party lines, 48 percent of registered Democratic respondents believe things are going well in the country, while 12 percent of registered Republicans and 18 percent of independents agree.
