Judge Strikes Down NYC Vaccine Mandate for All City Workers
QUOTE: A New York Supreme Court judge on Monday struck down New York City’s vaccine mandate for all city workers, finding the rule to be unconstitutional, arbitrary, and capricious.
Attorney Chad LaVeglia, who announced the verdict outside the Richmond County courthouse, said the mandate was now “null and void.”
“So, we just defeated the vaccine mandate for every single city employee—not just sanitation,” LaVeglia said in a video on Twitter account NYCforYourself.
The ruling strikes down the mandate that saw over 2,000 city workers fired for not getting a COVID-19 vaccine. LaVeglia said the ruling extends to all public workers, including the New York fire department, the police department, and the Department of Corrections.
“For all the brave men and women who have been our first responders and have been brave through all this are now free, and you should be able to go back to work,” he said.

QUOTE: U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, tested positive for COVID-19, one month after receiving the updated bivalent COVID-19 booster shot the administration is currently promoting.
Walensky’s latest positive test result comes days after a CDC advisory committee voted unanimously to add the COVID-19 vaccines to childhood immunization schedules, which many states then require for school.
Responding to the news, Fox News’s Tucker Carlson said it’s evident the booster “doesn’t work” so children should not be forced to take it.
“If Rochelle Walensky wants to get 11 boosters that’s up to her,” he said, “but kids should not be required to get this as a precondition of being educated in this country. That’s insane.”

Mitch McConnell Pulls PAC Ads Out of New Hampshire, Effectively Sabotaging GOP Candidate Don Bolduc
QUOTE: Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will pull all his super PAC’s money out of New Hampshire, effectively sabotaging Republican Senate candidate Gen. Don Bolduc.
The McConnell-backed Senate Leadership Fund will pull all its ads off television starting October 25, Shane Goldmacher of the New York Times reported Friday afternoon. The decision will rip $5.6 million away from Gen. Bolduc’s candidacy and greatly help incumbent Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH).
The general will now be all alone in the Granite State. The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) has also reportedly removed its financial support from the state.
According to a Friday poll, Gen. Bolduc is virtually tied with Hassan, despite being outspent by nearly $9 million, third quarter campaign fundraising totals show. Gen. Bolduc, a retired one star general, has been running a strong campaign by calling out Hassan’s nearly 100 percent support of President Joe Biden.
Breitbart News reported Thursday seven Alaska Republican committees have issued a public rebuke of McConnell’s financial influence behind 21-year incumbent Murkowski.
5- This is all the Democrats have now, so be prepared for the fear, it will be coming at you big time in the next week.
Time for Democrats to play the fear card

Economic chaos, drastic cuts to Social Security and Medicare, a national ban on abortion, endless hearings on Hunter Biden, abandoning support for Ukraine, a direct attack on democracy and continued slavish loyalty to Donald Trump. That’s all the scary ammunition Democrats need. Play the fear card!

Google CAUGHT Manipulating Search, Buries GOP Campaign Sites in 83% of Top Senate Races
