Explosive Lawsuit is One of First in the United States to Accuse Government of ‘Covid Fraud’
QUOTE: A new lawsuit launched in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts is one of the first in the United States that argues that ‘fraud’ was perpetrated on the American people during the Covid pandemic.
The lawsuit is brought by John Paul Beaudoin against Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker, the public health examiner, the chief medical examiner, and additional medical examiners. It brings forth evidence that over 50 cases of deaths the state coded as Covid-19 deaths were in many cases strongly linked to recent Covid-19 vaccination.
“This Complaint is a request for injunctive relief where the source of fraudulent misrepresentation, purposely conducted, continues to harm both Plaintiff and the public,” the plaintiff argues. “As a matter of equity, third party liability should be considered. In fairness and equity, the harm must cease forthwith; and the Court has the discretion to do so pre, pending, and post-investigation of the fraud claims herein.”
“Relying on false information obtained through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), sourced, in part, from Massachusetts Department of Public Health (“MA DPH”), Massachusetts School of Law (“MSLaw’) instituted a COVID-19 vaccination mandate for all students and staff,” the lawsuit continues. “Plaintiff, a rising second-year law student, refused the vaccination because he has four pre-existing health issues consistent with thousands of COVID-19 vaccine injuries reported to VAERS even as of April 2021.
Moreover, the Plaintiff’s sincerely held religious beliefs prompted him to apply for a religious exemption offered by MSLaw. MSLaw never apprised the Plaintiff of the status of his application for a religious exemption. Rather, the only ‘statu’ that the School acted on was the Plaintiff’s student status, which the School unilaterally, capriciously, and arbitrarily changed to ‘unenrolled’.’

Black voters say NYC’s immigrant voting plan is racially motivated attempt to shift power
QUOTE: Black residents in New York filed a lawsuit Monday arguing that the city’s attempt to allow noncitizens to vote in municipal elections is unconstitutional because it was a “racially motivated” move to siphon political power from Black residents to other racial or ethnic minorities.
The lawsuit, filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation on behalf of four residents, said city council members who wrote the law last year made explicit racial appeals, saying they wanted to change “the color of the skin” of people who were voting in elections.
And that hurts Black voters in particular, because the new noncitizen voters will be heavily Hispanic and Asian, and are expected to dilute the strength of Blacks in a city where voting breaks down along racial lines, the plaintiffs said.
3- At least a few Republicans seem to have a pulse.
House Republicans Making Plans to Impeach Biden
QUOTE: Many conservative Republicans in the House of Representatives are already drafting plans to formally impeach Joe Biden next year, after the party presumably regains a majority in the lower chamber this November.
According to The Hill, while previous resolutions to impeach Biden quickly died in the House due to Democrats currently holding the majority, such efforts may be far more successful in a Republican-led House next year.
“I have consistently said President Biden should be impeached for intentionally opening our border and making Americans less safe,” said Congressman Bob Good (R-Va.). “Congress has a duty to hold the President accountable for this and any other failures of his Constitutional responsibilities, so a new Republican majority must be prepared to aggressively conduct oversight on day one.”
Eight resolutions to impeach Biden have already been introduced with Republicans in the minority, ranging from such matters as the controversial overseas business dealings of his son, Hunter Biden, to his mishandling of the immigration crisis and the American withdrawal from Afghanistan. Four of these resolutions were sponsored by Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), who also introduced the very first impeachment resolution shortly after Biden took office.
4- We talked about the farmers protests in The Netherlands a week ago. The protest is spreading.

A whopping 11 200 farms will be forced to shut down to meet the climate goals in the Netherlands, something that the farmers have been very unhappy with.
Farmers in the Netherlands even sprayed manure on the town hall in protest!
But now farmers in Belgium are protesting.
Not only farmers, but also horticulturists together with students from the Agriculture and Horticulture department of VITO gathered in Hoogstraten with tractors to protest. The Flemish government has drawn up a plan to reduce and limit nitrogen emissions in the future. In other words, just like the Netherlands they are suddenly very concerned about nitrogen for some reason.

The state’s status as number one economically comes over two years after the Chinese coronavirus and over one year after President Biden’s time in the White House, as inflation and gas prices soar and the country slips into a recession.
Florida’s unemployment rate dropped to a historic low of 2.7 percent in July– 0.8 percent lower than the national unemployment rate in Biden’s America.
“U.S. GDP dropped for a second quarter in a row, which is the definition of a recession,” DeSantis said in July following another dire economic report.
“While the Biden Administration and its legacy media cheerleaders are trying to gaslight people about the economic slowdown, we have seen Biden’s poor economic stewardship and the negative impact it has had on families,” he continued.

Trust linked to Gavin Newsom’s in-laws made contribution to DeSantis PAC
QUOTE: Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom has been a vocal critic of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, in recent weeks, but Newsom’s in-laws seem to approve of the popular Republican.
According to contribution records on the Friends of Ron DeSantis PAC website, the Siebel Family Revocable Trust made a $5,000 contribution on April 6, 2022.
That trust is run by Kenneth F. Siebel Jr. and Judith A. Siebel, the parents of Newsom’s wife, Jennifer Siebel, records obtained by Fox News Digital show.

150 to 300 minutes/week (2.5 hours per week) of vigorous physical activity or 300 to 600 minutes per week (5 to 10 hours per week) of moderate physical activity – or some “equivalent” combination of both.
The study notes that meeting the USG guidelines for exercise will also lead to a decrease in mortality, but the association is not as strong as for the exercise periods per week listed above.
Can you balance on one leg, while standing for 10 seconds?
Here is an interesting study that correlates balance, physical fitness and longevity.
The basics are that if you can balance on one leg for 10 seconds, and are a middle-aged person – your risk of dying over a median period of seven years is significantly less than those who cannot complete this simple test.
The results and implications thereof for yourself and family are worth thinking about.

Gibson’s Bakery Wins! Ohio Supreme Court Refuses To Hear Oberlin College Appeal
QUOTE: Hopefully the long, hard road Gibson’s Bakery has traveled in its fight with Oberlin College has come to an end.
The Ohio Supreme Court just refused to accept jurisdiction over Oberlin College’s appeal (the Court also refused to hear the Gibsons’ appeal seeking to reinstate the full punitive damages award). It was a 4-3 decision, and it means the Gibsons now can collect approximately $36 million.
