DTR’s newest case representing Coast Guard members
On Friday, August 19, 2022, Defending the Republic, attorney Dale Saran, and the Silent Majority Foundation filed an emergency Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in Bazzrea v. Austin.
We are fighting for the Constitutional and statutory rights of all US Coast Guard members who are threatened to take the COVID-19 vaccines in violation of their sincerely held religious beliefs and rights of informed consent.
Through this TRO, we have asked for the Coast Guard and Department of Defense to be prohibited from taking their planned imminent action to remove Coast Guard members for exercising their right to not take the experimental jab. The TRO also seeks court approval to allow additional Coast Guard members to be part of this lawsuit.
This expedited and emergency motion shows our commitment to protecting those who protect us. Their service is relentless and so too is our defense of their liberties.
