Interesting read from the folks in TX. In Florida we have a rule that if there is only a certain number of votes, they can't publish the results. BECAUSE THE NUMBERS ARE SO LOW, SOMEONE COULD FIND OUT WHO VOTED.So the officials are basically admitting that Early Voting breaks the rule for a "Secret Ballot"I would argue further that the use of electronic poll books + electronic voting machines are both logged with timestamps again breaking the long standing rule that we should have secret ballots. You know what would fix all this?ONE DAY ELECTIONS WITH HAND COUNTED BALLOTS AT THE PRECINT COUNTED BY LOCALS. (I know. I'm a broken record - if you are old enough to know what that idiom means)<\/div>\n\n
