Chinese actors lied about being local Texans online in order to stir up opposition to building a rare earth minerals plant in Texas.

MARICOPA 🚨 Ballot mail analysis. One way to gain extra ballots for nefarious purposes is called "ballot cracking." Maricopa shows signs of widespread ballot cracking operations in excess of 53,866 2020 election ballots. Ballot cracking is a technique when ballots are undelivered or returned as "undeliverable," individuals crack open the ballot, vote on the ballot inside, place it in the return envelope and either do not sign the ballot or apply a bogus signature. If the county elections do not do signature verification, ballot cracking can go undetected. Returned as undeliverable ballots are the MOST SUSCEPTIBLE to ballot cracking. When returned to the county, these ballots simply "disappear."

Discovery for the individual Defendants is a problem since some prisons have no laptops/computers to do Discovery.

Thank God, the Defendants cannot be moved to DC Jail.

Defense for Tarrio put in a transfer request to have his client moved back to Florida, Southern District Prison where he and his lawyer can proceed with discovery but Judge hesitates and moves to the next Defendant. A lawyer objects to how this case has been handled. Prosecution injects bad humor.

Next lawyer offers that Alexandria Prison is set up for up to 4 laptops where they could have access and be monitored by a paralegal.

Next, Defendant Biggs’ lawyer says that he can get a tablet for Biggs. Biggs wants to speak but his lawyer said no.

Lewisburg Prison, where Defendant Pezzola is at, is set up for internet access but it takes 48 hours advanced reservation to use. Pezzola’s lawyer has withheld sending a laptop to Lewisburg since he doesn’t want it to go missing. DOJ Prosecution has to send Discovery so security matters.
Next, (Just say NO to) Philadelphia.
Nordean’s lawyer states that the currently used system to download files takes too long. Login security and download speeds are being discussed.
Biggs’ lawyer asks why Biggs was put in solitary confinement for 7-8 weeks and still is. A phone call will explain and the Marshal will get back with that information.
Hearing will resume on May 19th.

Yesterday I had an opportunity to speak with Joe it was a very short conversation after our call got cut off it was a surreal moment for me because I realized how depressed Joe was and how broken he sounded if everyone could please send him a letter with some kind words and uplifting prayers I know that he would really appreciate it and so would I thank you everyone for being involved and staying in this fight I love each and everyone of you God bless🙏🏻❤️🇺🇸

After 237 days in the DC-CTF, Chris Worrell was released from prison. The judged cited medical neglect and abuse because his broken hand went untreated in his decision to release Chris.

Chris' cancer worsened during incarceration and he is getting medical treatment now.

Because of donations to his legal funds, Chris does not qualify for state medical assistance.

Chris' cancer treatment costs $100K. He is undergoing treatment using the donations received.
